1. Squats are not really my strong suit since I don't do them regularly. The best I've done is 60 KG (132.27 lbs) 10 times.

My strongest muscle group (surprisingly to myself & everybody else who knows me) is my stomach. I don't have anything even close to a sixpack or anything but I do crunches with a total amount of 100 KG (220,46 lbs) pressing down on my laps & stomach (https://www.mcfit.com/de/f13.html). It's the maximum weight possible on our machines & I've never seen anybody else in our gym doing that much. Everybody looks at me like some kind of a crazy person when I'm on that shit but I really don't know why & how, I just do it easily & I feel I could do more if I could put more weights on the machine.

2. Somehow I'm the only dude on this forum who talks about that shit openly tbh, even though all y'all are a bunch of crazy fappers too. I try to keep that shit as low as possible cuz I need the energy & the juice for the workout. Don't like to show up at the gym like a crippled fuck. So... yeah, definitely not daily. Only on those massive horny days, when anything with a round shape turns me on okerface: Fucked up.

3. Basically fuck, because of its psychological boost, which you don't get from fap. But both are good tbh. Fap is the quick solution which as you know, can even take like 2 min., cuz it's you & your own body, which you know damn well. But fuck can sometimes be frustrating if the other person is just acting like a dead piece of meat. If y'all find a good fuck buddy, stick to that shit like a piece of gold. That's best tbh, no strings attached... even though I'm actually a relationship person :foreveralone:

4. That's right! Fuck'em! At least until this generation of lowlives are playing there, unlike the classy ones back in the day. I don't hate the club, I hate this particular generation for their lack of sportsmanship & arrogance.
