I was wondering why there isn't a Belgian thread in this forum.
Anyway we're now up to round 19
# W V G + - +/- Ptn
RSC Anderlecht 19 13 2 4 47 16 31 43
Zulte Waregem 19 11 4 4 30 19 11 37
KRC Genk 19 9 2 8 38 25 13 35
Lokeren 19 10 6 3 33 26 7 33
Standard 19 10 7 2 39 25 14 32
Club Brugge 19 9 5 5 46 33 13 32
KV Kortrijk 19 8 7 4 22 19 3 28
Bergen 19 8 8 3 34 38 -4 27
OH Leuven 19 6 4 9 35 28 7 27
KV Mechelen 19 6 8 5 28 29 -1 23
KAA Gent 19 5 8 6 21 29 -8 21
Beerschot AC 19 5 11 3 23 39 -16 18
Sporting Charleroi 19 5 11 3 18 37 -19 18
Waasland-B 19 4 10 5 18 34 -16 17
Lierse 19 3 9 7 19 36 -17 16
Cercle Brugge 19 3 13 3 23 41 -18 12
We play rounds untill 30 and then we start with playoffs.
Playoff 1 are the bolded ones. The top 6 teams of the competition play games against each other. And the points after round 30, get halved. so for example 60 becomes 30. 63 becomes 61.
Playoff 2 are the Italic teams. These 8 teams will be divided in 2 parts. So 4 | 4 and all teams start with zero points. The top teams of their 'mini' competitions, play against each other a semi final. And then a big final against the #4 of PO1.
Playoff 3 are the 2 last teams of the competition. They play 5-6 matches against each other. The one who has the most points at the end will have to play against teams of the second division. The one with the least points, goes to the second division.
At this moment it's clear Anderlecht holds the domination. Their most powerfull opponents Genk & Brugge are far behind. (Genk is one of the opponents we can draw against. To be honest, I wouldn't want them to draw us. If we play determinationless we can fall against them. They have quick strikers and a good midfield/ not good enough to hold ours but still. Better then neftci anyways)
The other team besides Inter, which I support is Gent, Gent is waaaay below their standing. We're one of the top 5 clubs normally (Anderlecht, Brugge, Standard, Genk & Gent)
Basicly like Inter, trying to rebuild with a young team. And sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't (like at my team's case).
Anyway here's the topscorer's list.
1.Carlos Bacca Club Brugge 15
2 Ibou OH Leuven 14
3 Dieumerci Mbokani Anderlecht 12
4 Jelle Vossen Racing Genk 12
5 Jérémy Perbet Bergen 11
6 Franck Berrier Zulte Waregem 10
7 Imoh Ezekiel Standard 9
8 Lior Refaelov Club Brugge 8
9 Maxime Lestienne Club Brugge 7
10 Kostadin Hazurov Lierse SK 7
11 Eidur Gudjohnsen Cercle Brugge 6
12 Ignacio González Standard 6
13 Glynor Plet Racing Genk 6
14 Nicklas Pedersen KV Mechelen 6
15 Benjamin De Ceulaer Lokeren / Racing Genk 6
Well most would be like Belgian League
But for those who do care, I'll try to update it.
