Cassano has more penalty claims, than games played :challenge:

I won't disagree with your statement, but I have to ask: what is up with that comma? What would make you think a comma would belong there, in between what are clearly not two independent clauses (nor are any other of the many comma rules satisfied)? Even if you would pause when speaking that sentence at that point (and I would not), there should be no comma there. If you're doubtful as to whether a comma belongs there, try to see if each clause would work as a sentence on its own:

"Cassano has more penalty claims" would work as a sentence, but "than [he has] games played" does not, so the use off the comma here is a grammatical abomination. You could modify the sentence to read "Cassano has more penalty claims, tbh, than games played," and then the comma would be acceptable, and you would be trolling FIF with more "tbh" statements, which we sorely need...

I had the luck to watch it live. :) No matter we lost, it was exceptional experience.

Will post my personal review later, if i find the time, since i came back in skopje just hour ago. I can just say, watching players live can give you MUCH better perception about the team and how they play and are set up. One live game = 50 on TV!

So, like this. Great, great experience, we had great time and we met Filippo, took picture with him :D

For the game. The start we know how shit it was, Handa may have tried to save it, but it was brilliant shot, the ball was going away from him and i doubt he'd manage to save. I'd blame the midfield duo of Kovacic and Gargano + the whole defense more.

Handa didn't have much job bar the two goals, two-three decent interventions and that's it. The defense was more or less good, their movement off the ball was decent, but those two mistakes cost us a lot.

For the midfield and attack. VERY disappointed by Ricky. He wasn't moving at all, wasn't involved at all. When his teammates were holding the ball, he wasn't even moving to ask for it, he just waited someone to pass ffs. And he is supposed to be midfielder and creator. Cassano had mixed performance, was VERY good on the ball, but his movement off it was also pretty bad. He was often staying too deep in offside as well as not tracking back at all.

Palacio on the other hand, WAS BRILLIANT. Fuck the goal, his movement, the way he opens himself to get the ball, man oh man, that was beauty to watch. His play and movement looks so simple, nothing tricky, but my he is great. There were situations when he ran the whole pitch just to get the ball, and stretch the play. Loved the guy, but now i love him even more.

Kovacic started bad, one of the reasons for their first goal was him (and gargano, both share the blame). But no him, nor Gargano are good at playing with two man midfield, especially if they expect Gargano to help Kovacic to bring the ball forward. But as the time passed he got better and better, and once we switched to 4 men defense, he was EXCEPTIONAL. THe off the ball movement, the fact he asked the ball all the time, and he alwways tried to do something with it was great to watch. IMO, when he has two midfielders around him, he gets more freedom and is not AFRAID to lose the ball, since he has more cover. Thus, is not afraid to dribble, something he does VERY good.

Gargano's movement has also been quite good, but made shitloads of mistake while holding the ball. But i don't blame him, there were situations when the lack of movement from Zanetti, Pereira, Cassano and Alvarez, made Kovacic or someone to pass the ball to him when he is surrounded by two JuBe players, and he had to try and hold it, and eventually will lose it (or have misplace pass because of the lack of space).

Zanetti and Pereira had good defensive movement, but brought almost nothing upfront. Both tried, Zanetti was more solid, but is no wing back.

And those three penalties... I talked to three jube fans, all said the same - Inter should have got at least draw. But also they claimed that Zanetti played with his hand too, moment i missed. Is it true? Neverthless, even if it was, Rizzoli should go fuck himself, fucking cunt. No matter how shit we are, we keep losing points because of those cuntish refs.

All in all, impressed by Kovacic and Palacio, satisfied by Handa, Zanetti and Cassano, disappointed by pretty much everyone. And Alvarez was the worst of those.

Not bad, youre getting better ;).

I especially agree with 2 man midfield part. Rube was stretching the play really well with their wingbacks. Both of their wingbacks went forward and hugged the sidelines. There was no way Kova and Gargano could cover the entire length of the field and defend.

That allowed Rube to attack through the middle, and gave Quag the space for his shot.

I'm really surprised with the people who say we played somewhat good against Juve. Let me remind you on a little insignificant detail in your logic, Juve have Bayern up next in their important upcoming fixtures. That's why they didn't didn't push themselves the extra mile bar Marchisio and Padion who were fighting out there.

In the first half our midfield was carved out and until the tactical change in the second half we lost the control over the possession with our long balls to clear, build, and assets our forwards.

bullshit, derby is a derby bro. Form, hell at times even the quality of the squad doesnt matter. u need grit, determination and will power to win these games. if milito played, we could definitely beat this ladri team. r u really going to tell me they dint try in this game except for.two of their players? no one likes losing a derby, even if u r playing the ucl final a week later

pajo man you got to stop jinxing these matches

It was like Pajo was coaching them hahaha

I personally think the long break did us no favours, our win against the london gays gave us a boost but the long break fucked up our momentum.

Bearing in mind that Gargano was good with a back 3 and 2 man central midfield at Napoli.

Quiet Juventino. It was probably you...

Stop being so butthurt when we lose. People that have no idea what football is do exactly what you do. They just rage when we lose (and get offended for some stupid Juve troll shit), and when we win, you just say 'omg I love all my inter soldiers' or some gay shit like that.

And then we have people like Browha, Pajo, Bluenine that always keep a level head and comment on our mistakes, our highlights, observations - you know, something why this forum was made in the first place. Start being a part of this forum or GTFO.

Okay now, back to business.

We have to play 4-3-3. I don't see any other way. Kovačić needs some help (cover) from Cambiasso/Gargano/Guarin, but he also need people infront of him. I think we just can't find a place for Alvarez, and it's a shame we couldn't sell him and keep Coutinho (but we need to sell him). I know we have limited options upfront, but we have to play 4-3-3, since with any other formation we look horrible, IMO.

Let us get a real gameplan. No more experiments. Play the rest of the season with one formation, and sell half of our players, something like Fiorentina did. I'd rather have a real youth project than a fake one. Players like Chivu had their time, it's over.

And, well Pereira is another matter. I'd rather have Juan Jesus on LB than him. And JJ on CB with Nagatomo on LB. Fuck Pereira, he was trying stuff, but it was on some pussy shit, why does he try to slide tackle in the penalty box? Plus too many times players go through him like he isn't there....every team does it nowadays. They all know he is the weakest link in our defence...
