Guys & Girls,

Relax. It's not like we have a chance for CL or EL.. Next match is Napoli which we will lose as well, so look at this positivly. At least next year we have more time to build up a team that acually has a chance. I mean, what would the point be in playing CL next year when we would get kicked out in the first round playing like this?

We all know "Now is not the time to spend big at inter - Moratti", so it's best to just take a chill pill and see who will come next year.

Yes. Can't wait for next season. It will be year zero, with a talented coach in Strama and a genious in Branca, we have a bright future.

Well I don't know about Benassi but atleast Garritano belongs nowhere near of first team. Even I can play better than him.

He barely had any chance to influence play, though.

He had two real chances to do anything - the first he got round the first player but then lost the ball to the 2nd player, I think most of our current first teamers would have had the same situation if it was them instead.

The second chance he should have done better. Nicely positioned to get into a dangerous space, but just barged off the ball by the defender.

He should have done better - not disagreeing with that - but we cant really expect someone who has like 15 minutes of first team experience in the league to come in and save us from losing, can we?

At the same time, he was certainly no worse than Schelotto, Kuz, or Silvestre..

Forte, of course, didnt have any chance to really make nay influence, so theres no point even criticizing that.

What we needed was a bit more of an overhaul in midfield, rather than blindly throwing strikers on in the hope to impact the game.

I still dont see what the point of having Benassi is, if you're going to give people like Schelotto preference over him

The injuries are the biggest fucking excuse ever! It wasn't the injuries that made Stramaccaroni drop key games after Juventus! It isn't the injuries that's stopping us from defending properly with our complete back four! It isn't the injuries that agreed to sign some absolutely atrocious d-leaguer like Schelotto! NO! It's this fucking management and little league coach - Moratti shouldn't make one more fucking moronic statement; Strama is easy to assess - He is a grade A shit manager and Branca is a rusty tool! Moratti is fucking delusional if he gives any of these fuckers one more season! THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!! :wallbang2:

Let me guess, Ilicic was best on ground ?

Hopefully Palermo does get relegated and we grab Ilicic from the fire sale.

agreed. Benassi is clearly at least CLOSE to the level of being ready. Dont think anyone ever suggested Forte or Garritano were (for example). In my PERSONAL opinion, I think Pasa is also close to being on that level. That being said, the bar is set quite low when Silvestre is your #1 competition.

I'd love to see how different this match would have been, with Pasa/Silvestre and Benassi/Schelotto.

We might not have won, but we certainly didnt win with the actual combination anyway.

Benassi has show some promises. Otherwise it is naive to think that we could use these youth team players as first team players. Garritano has now proven the big difference of the youth team and the serie a.

and again i dont disagree with that. If you look at any "squad" projections I do for next season, I'm hardly relying on a lot of youth players...

e.g. here:
http://forzainterforums.com/showthr...amp-The-Past&p=1114359&viewfull=1#post1114359

I believe that, whilst we have a very talented youth crop right now, they need 2-3 years of loans to develop properly. For example with people like Bardi, Biraghi, who are now really starting to come into their own.

However, tell me Schelotto contributed so much more than Garritano? Or tell me that Pasa has performed so much worse than Silvestre whenever he has played for us this season? Pasa hasnt - off the top of my head - had a single real brainfart for us.

Maybe he WILL, but you will never find out until you test it.
