Only a fool wouldn't care about his injury history. If the responsibility was on me I would never spend 20M+ on him, even for 15M I would hesitate. Still prefer him over Salah though, no doubt about that, but the best option in my opinion is Mertens. He is not that much older and considering how young our squad is someone his age wouldn't be a bad thing. He is also the cheaper option and if we can make Guarin part of the payment then even better. Although it seems like the management is focused on getting Salah or Jovetic now. A shame because Mertens for 15M or so would be an excellent signing. Far smarter than paying more to get overhyped Salah or Jovetic whose injuries no sane person in the world can ignore. Jovetic has tremendous talent though, not arguing that.
