Its similar in Serie A, except for the money. There is little patience with coaches, and clubs like Genoa, Lazio and Sampdoria which were awesome last season are crap now.

Swansea made a huge mistake selling Bony and not replacing him properly.

Well to be fair they did try to replace him properly. They bought got both Gomis and Ayew. You would think one of them would be able to provide some goals. And to me Bony isn't all that.

I hate Van Gaal as much as anyone but that's not something I would use it against him.

All the first choice and back up defenders are injured.

We can easily have more depth but Van Gaal made it very clear that he wants less selection headaches and wants to use youngsters. So around 22 outfield players plaus GKs. That gives him best chance to give younger player chances.

Well then Jrgnsn has even more of a point. Injury crisis's happen sometimes during the course of a season, especially in the EPL. Other teams equip themselves to deal with it and make due with the selection headache when everyone's fit. If Van Gaal purposely didn't want to do that then this falls squarely on his shoulders.
