Another season, another coach. The management is just gonna continue buying players that don't fit and scapegoat the next coach when it inevitably fails again. This team has way too many problems to just keep going for quick fixes.

In my opinion, Fdb chose to coach a wrong team..i think he will be successful in bpl or maybe with napoli or roma

He should switch to a 4-2-3-1, the double pivot should give us some much needed defensive solidity & balance, plus moving Banega closer to Icardi will leave him less isolated.

We don't need a tactician, or a tikitaka guy. We don't need a caretaker, or another Mancini. All this team needs is a very strong motivator. It's been lacking one ever since Mourinho left.

It's not that we don't need those things, but motivation is the #1 problem. This team is massively lethargic.

for that you need to play second striker next to him, forward like palacio or gabriel. Icardi was always better with palacio near him.

We have very talented but unbalanced team, lack of intelligent defensive midfielder is a problem we aren't be able to solve so far.

Also, attacking is weird, Candreva stands to wide all the time. Everything is disconnected. FDB needs flashy wingers who are able to cut inside and make a difference one on one for this Duch style of football. Sadly, every winger we have is hard working one and dependable on quality system. Coach of Conte's characteristics is perfect for our roster.

For Duch style you need players like Robben, Hazard, Messi etc.

Typically I don't like the idea of a coach getting so little time, but I really disagree with a lot of De Boer's decisions and tactics, so I'm definitely not against his removal.

The thing I want most from the new coach is the removal of Icardi as captain

No new coach would ever be given that much power.

System unbalanced or balanced, flashy wingers or not flashy. Fact is there are serious gaps in between our midfield and defence and our defence is in shambles and the worrying thing no one is addressing these problems whatsoever and opposing teams are taking full advantage.

Any team which has a shambolic defence like ours cannot achieve a CL place. De Boer no matter how talented of a coach he is. Sadly is not made for Serie A. He'll do well in La Liga.

i think Fdb has lost the dressing room. jovetic, kondogbia, brozovic, perisic, gabigol, and now eder. they probably feel some disconnection with frank. it's even worse with his favouritism on icardi.

major italian medias keep reporting the end of Fdb 's carrerr at inter. if it's true then i would go for Guidolin as caretaker. highly experienced in Serie A and usually makes the most of his squad potentials.

he is also quite adaptive and flexible. using 4 defense or 3 defense at the back equally well. he MIGHT deliver positive results with many good or great palyers on his disposal. the guy mostly achieves good things during his stint in udinese by playing average players.

i think we should add Materazzi in the locker room, when Mou was around he need Matrix even if he's not selected to play.

Why is everyone seeing our defence to be a problem? The attack is a bigger problem. We haven't scored more than 2 goals in any game. I don't think any top 5-7 team in any country can claim that. None of our goals have a buildup behind them. It's all a fluke.

What is FDB coaching really?

Back in his playing days was a tough character and strong mentally. (wasnt he one of the reason Enke became all depressed at Barca?((and subsequently killed himself!)). I was expecting a tough, hard as nails manager who takes no shit from players always pushing them to their limit but aside from the KDog early sub I've seen little evidence of this during his time here. Which is too bad because that's exactly what these players and club need. He could have used players like Materazzi, Toldo and Cordoba in the dressing room to kick some ass. Should never have taken the job.

Hopefully management will learn from this.

Goals win games, defence wins titles. I'll take 1-0 wins over 6-5 wins ala Liverpool / Klopp (no matter how entertaining) any day of the week. But true there has been little build up play for most of our goals.

Icardi is our main problem in attack.

Scored eight goals is just fine butt his overall contribution to our attack and offensive play is devastating.

I've given up defending him. He makes weird choices game after game. At this point I really don't give a fuck what happens. The club is doing nothing to attract and entertain the fans, so why the fuck should I care.

I'm not opposed to sacking him. I think it's better if we hire a caretaker until summer and then sign a proper coach.

I don't know what FdB is trying to do; I don't think even he knows himself! He is lost and lost the players with him. His tactics seem to me like a hybrid between possession football and counter-attack. The space between the players is too much and that's why we've been seeing a lot of wrong passes lately.

Despite we won, I didn't like the Torino match one bit. It was the same nonsense tactics and we were lucky to win.

Either fix this shit or let someone else fix it.

he started off so well, its sad to see him fail so hard, but the simple fact is that he has failed, and now we need to move on. i dont even see a glimmer of hope of rejuvenation, the dressing room is lost, the players are lost, and its over.
