I might be repeating what others have said, but what I found impressive was not only his level of performance but the fact that it was his first match here and he fit like a glove... And not one of those shitty Australian gloves.

Seriously though, he owned his role on the park. Impressive for a young player to do so.

His maturity and footballing IQ is impressive. It`s true that Chievo was not a difficult opponent but he instantly integrated.

I know its early and all that but holy can you see why this guy was on everyones mouth during this years serie a, his rapid developement doesnt makes it less atractive either.

Strong physically, tactical smart, SO calm and good with the ball and above average fast for his position aswell, a true modern midfielder. So far nothing else but a stellar signing, yeah yeah early and all that but not even the biggest pessimist can deny that this atleast looks promising.
