For me it's bullshit what Spalletti is doing with him every time we play Lazio. He said de Vrij was mentally not very strong, or at least hint to something like that. It was his fault that eliminated us from the EL but 3 days later he was very strong against Milan and even score a goal and that proves to me that he developed himself mentally.

I don't think he is weak mentally, regardless of his mistakes he seems to try and do better and play his game. Thats positive in my opinion. Spalletti can fuck himself with his opinions.
