Icardi and Nainggolan out because they not suitable for Conte tactic.

Nainggolan for Vidal or Matic is reasonable for me.

Nah, Marotta didn’t need to say jack shit but he went ahead and gave us an essay. All I know is that when the window is gone, and I don’t see top quality replacements, I’m going to create a “tasty” word salad for him and our fucking owners. “Conte is our top signing” my ass!

Just because some of you don't like him, does not mean the guy is not very smart and intelligent. You won't find a single person from the pundits that says otherwise, and in fact everybody was praising us for hiring the man.

So unless you disagree and putting yourself (just a fan) against a lot of people who were working in this business and know a lot more than me and you, then Marotta CLEARLY understands this drives price down. So instead of stating the obvious, ask yourself why he's doing that, not whether it affects the price. Because there is a reason, there always is.

And one more thing. Everybody who is now shitting on the guy, don't come here praising him in a few years when this team is transformed completely, becomes a lot more professional, and where we actually start competing against teams for silveware once again. It's the same story over and over again. If a guy is bought who was praised a lot and fails, then the critics are nowhere to be found.

Marotta is doing fanstatic job, as is our management overal. Getting back Oriali, hiring great fitness guy, getting Marotta one of the most if not most hailed general manager in recent 10 years, getting Conte who is amazing coach. The only thing that is left is getting the stadium and buying better quality players.

And yet... people focus on individuals. Marotta layed it down briliantly for you, the teams win silveware, not individual players. You can cry what is happening, but you will soon find out why it was done. I already was getting through it with Mourinho. I remember a big portion of the fans in this forum was against him, and I was one of the biggest supporters of him here because I knew what it meant that he is coming (professionalism and fighting against italian media at the time that was shitting over us over and over again). We all know what was the end result of it?

I didn't have that feeling ever since then, but now I'm getting it again. The good times are coming, and the story will be repeated. Those critizing Marotta, just like those criticizing hiring Mourinho (for a lot of money which was one of the things against getting him) will be nowhere to be found once we start winning again.

Well, you see it as a fan from outside, without full informations about what happened and how are the situations about this players (maybe we have some offers from other clubs and we are selling in the next weeks...)
Marotta is a professional, everybody knows that those 2 players are out of the project, it didn't lower any price. He just made it clear that we want to sell, and that very clear.
