Well I dont think many Serie A teams have better defenders than Mexican NT. 10 at most.

10 years of FIFReally not taking anything away from lautaro but his first and his last goal were more down to horrible defending then due to his superior skill I meanin the first one i have no clue what the fuck those three defenders are doing and even ochoa does not look great. And in the last one again the defender looks terrible instead of just clearing the ball he loses it to lautaro who is already in the box.
That being said as always he was fighting a lot and also his finishes were quite good note, i m not trying to take anything away from him since even if the defense is horribly organised you still need to convert those chances first.
Maybe one by one serie a defenders are not better but as a defensive unit they sure as hell are.

10 years of FIFi think that is fair - but like you implied, even good defenders will make mistakes and you need a striker who can convert those with proper finishes. Lautaro's finishes were all on point and very well placed so that is a good sign.

10 years of FIFyeah i don't care about the defenders, all i know that he is always starting for Argentina which is really amazing considering how many good strikers they have. And this at the age of 22! While some other striker is already 26 years old and never was considered as starter in the national team... or even as bench player.
I just think that Lautaro is a great great talent that needs to play with other great players as Sanchez and Lukaku to improve his skills. Our management has just to renew his contract with right salary increasing deleting the 110 million rescission clause because if his performances will improve quickly as I believe we would risk to lose him.

It’s really annoying, he’s already gone, you dont have to bring Icardi almost in every thread.

10 years of FIFNo surprise really, I dont expect much loyalty from this kid. he saw how inter treated his boy Icardi after all - not to mention our infamous ultras in all their charm/ who wants to keep playing for that?
I think it will take more than one season for him to blow up though. I reckon he has at least 1,5 seasons left with us, probably 2
