Tuesday, December 10, 21:00CET
Stadium: San Siro

maxresdefault.jpg

Injuries

Inter: Sensi has been out for 6 days - status unknown. Barella & Alexis are both injured

Barca: Piqué is back from CL suspension although he has knee discomfort - status unknown. Dembélé, Alba & Semedo are all injured

Form (in all competitions)

Inter: WLWWWW

Barca: LDWWWW

1st place in their respective leagues but Barcelona has already qualified into the knockout Round of 16 leaving Inter & Dortmund level on points with 7 pts as Group F runner-up qualification at stake. BVB will host Slavia in the other Group F match.

Inter with a win or draw (Provided BVB do not win) would qualify while Barcelona are not likely to risk additional injuries with an away match at Anoeta 4 days later & the Clasico at Camp Nou in 8

Inter will qualify if win, regardless of Dortmund result, bro. H2h comes first and Inter is superior (2-0, 2-3)

I highly doubt Barca would not unleash their full strength. May be I have not watched enough but have never seen otherwise.

Same situation last year. Tottenham took full advantage when Barca rested Messi, Suarez, Busquets and Alba. And that one point eliminated us.

Kinda pessimistic, we're out of midfielders.

Why is the Barca fan opening the thread :yao: Nothing against it but conceptually it's kinda weak.

It's true, generally speaking Barca never take a match lightly but under Valverde I have seen them far more pragmatic than any other time in last 20 years. Particularly when you consider the upcoming schedule & injury setbacks - still, I fully expect Leo to play. Start? We'll see

I’m sure they are asking for Lautaro. If we avoid a meeting they will go rough on us.

Depends on our two forward and how our defense will hold. Our midfield will be non existent, as we only have 3 fit players, one being 70 years old Valero, the other being, quoting Uni, a dildo, and the other one plays every single minute for club and country.

Considering how fragile our MF'ers apparently are, it's pretty amazing how Brozovic is the one who rarely misses time due to injury, all things considered.

Because it essentially was a loss. A draw is more of a loss than a win anyway, statistically-speaking.

Ermm. It's just a draw.

But following your irregular flow of thought, a draw where you expect a loss is better, no? Statistically a draw is a draw and is one of three outcomes :)

I think Kramerica is just thinking that 1 point is closer to 0 points than 3 points :)

That PSV game definitely felt like a loss, regardless of the score.

Positive fact: Inter never lost whenever I showed up in Meazza, and I'm going to attend this one :joker:

Negative fact: I was there a year ago against PSV too, well, you all know how it ended :yao2:
