Its gonna be tough as we lost against them at olimpico earlier this year. But again, they just got trashed 4-1 by Atalanta at their own turf. Hope that old man kolarov and fucking gags are benched for this match.

This is what I would like to see:

Lukaku - Martinez
Eriksen
Perisic - Gagliardini - Vidal - Hakimi
Bastoni - De Vrij - D'Ambrosio
Handanovic

I do doubt that Conte plans to start Perisic and Hakimi together, so I wouldn't mind if its Young instead of Perisic. And if we need to rotate, I wouldn't mind Nainggolan + Barella instead of Gagliardini + Vidal. But lets stop playing around with our defence, Bastoni at LCB and De Vrij in the middle is a must. I would prefer D'Ambrosio over Skriniar at RCB for tactical reasons, but only just.

No way Barella will not start. Gags had great game, but it still doesn't change the pecking order. The only way Gags starts is if Vidal will not be as well as we expect.

I would say Eriksen will start again in front of them. Then Lukaku Lautaro upfront. Lautaro for sure, and I doubt Lukaku will be benched for Sanchez even though he is in great form. Having him and Gags to come off the bench will be usefull.

Hakimi I think is no brainier although it's possible Conte will move him back to the bench to slowly introduce him. On the left I think Perisic will get another shot. Bastoni De Vrij for sure, on the right either Skriniar or Dambrosio.

That's how I see it.

I think so far we're playing a lot more offensive game, to outscore the opponent. It's possible it will be the same here.

Hope we fk them twice as hard tho honestly our defense is garbage. This team reminds me of Chile when 4 years ago. Defensively garbage but they would light you up

Lazio been looking like poo lately but we'll be making the game a lot more difficult for us if we don't field a 3-5-2. They'll punish us a lot harder than Fiorentina did if we play 3-4-1-2 again.

This is what I am expecting:

Handanovic
Skriniar/D'Ambrosio (depending on transfer market) - De Vrij-Bastoni
Young - Barella - Brozovic -Vidal - Perisic
Lukaku - Lautaro

Conte said Hakimi needs a lot of work on defense so I don't think he trusts him yet. I also believe he will go for the more conservative 3-5-2 than a double pivot and Eriksen/Sensi in the AM role.

It's people here and the media trying to guess what's in Conte's mind. Conte himself never had any problem playing absolute defensive liability like Marcos Alonso or Victor Moses.

Let's see how our defend will do but Hakimi is not Hateboer and Zapata is not Lautaro or Lukaku. They could concede at last 5-6 goals against us, if they play like yesterday. Hoping that we concede "only" 3-4. :awyeah:

Lazio are attacking team. They cant change their mentality and style in 4 days.

With all due respect to Toro, Sanchez should start this. He started the season very well and was brilliant vs Benevento.

Also, despite the 3 goals he scored, Lukaku doesnt play well. Hes very important for us, especially in this game, so i hope he will return to be "EL rom".

This is the first big match we are going to play. Against fiorentina we were a disaster defensively, but just thanks to our crazyness we won the game.

Against Benevento we had just to win, no problems there...

Now we have to show that we can still compete with the first class teams of Serie A.
