Is ghost of tsushima similar to Sekiro? I've been very interested in this game but I thought Sekiro was far to hard (like dark souls hard imo) so I wasn't interested in another game of that difficulty.

I have red2 on pc, but when I load it up, it stretches across my 3 screens and I can't fix it, sad.

Disconnect two of the monitors?

The ui in sekiro was like picking up a game from 10 years ago. I never really got into it.

I'm waiting for the ps5 before playing ghost. Hopefully pick it up for cheap.

What are you's going to play next gen? I've pre ordered cyberpunk, will probably pick up demon souls. Then at Christmas when I've time off work will probably get assassin's creed valhalla and COD

Ghost is good, buy it! Not as hard as Sekiro but you could make it harder. I'm playing at 3rd of 4th when it comes to difficulty. I don't even dare to go up to 4th.

Sekiro made me almost want to break my controller, think I was stuck on the last boss for like a week lol. Super satisfying to finally beat the game though, I thought it was way harder than any of the souls games (including Bloodborne).

Yea I think I will buy it, I think I always was going to buy it I just needed someone to tell me it wasn't as hard as Sekiro!

I don't really want to disconnect 2 monitors everytime I want to play an hour or so, plus I do a lot of multi-tasking even when gaming once you have multi-monitors you can just never go back!

You've just named all the games I am excited for, all for the PC for me though.

No. Sekiro is basically a Souls game in a ninja costume, so it's challenging and there's no difficulty option. Ghost is much easier and has 3 or 4 difficulty settings.

Ah nice, it was the only thing really holding me back from buying!

You have just described my actual experience with Sekiro!

Cyberpunk 2077's relaese date posponed again. People are constantly complaining about it on social media but perfection requires patient. I'm already satisfied with the trailers and I think the game will be wicked.

Gives me more time to complete AC Valhalla.

If it doesn't get cancelled altogether, I don't mind waiting another year for Cyberpunk  I got RDR2 on PC right now and also PS5 season is coming, so who knows if I'll even have the time to play Cyberpunk.

I pity the fools that took 2 weeks off for a game. Those are the ones that cry and rage the most right now.

I think WD Legion is absolutely fantastic, so much and just pure genius. WD2 was frustrating and hammer fist your desk, Legion has taken that out and made it fun, relaxing. The improvements made are amazing (the nodes, the spider, the drones (especially the one u fly on!), the police chases and escaping.. all the bad things from WD2 gone and have been improved.

More about creating a resistance, recruiting anyone and everyone.. taking over boroughs for favour's.. fucking up the Kelley's because they think they are something..

Aww man, love this game. So good.

Yeah it s actually really good wrote that first comment after like 40 mins of playing. The monologue and the recruitment missions can get a bit repetitive but i have yet to see the open world game that solves that problem.
Also while in past games the climbing and fist combat were a bit shitty their smooth now.
I do also feel like there are even more possibilities to solve the mission than in former watchdog games.

I m still annoyed how centrally the shop is placed in the menu though and that it s always highlighted. Why the fuck does ubisoft think i d buy a fancy jacket in a game with real money that changes nothing in the game play?

Anyways as i said in my original post the game is very interesting and i dont think i ve come across this yet where you can theoretically play everybody in the game. Still a bit too early to call it a masterpiece/great as i fear it will get repetitive like previous watchdogs did.

H?

You will be fine with HDMI 2.0 cable and a 4k TV, if you want to go extreme (and have the money) to get the full benefits you need an 8k tv with HDMI 2.1 <-- I honestly say the first option is totally grand.

Yea mate I played a lot of the game before I wrote my reviews, I've all the boroughs now and am smashing through the main missions still absolutely loving it. All you need is a recruit who can call a drone at anytime and you are sorted, unless the die! (if you selected that option of permadeath)

Its for sure not a masterpiece, very few games are but its defo a game I would reccomend to anyone who likes GTA/Red Dead or open world games. I am turning it on after Inter beat Real tonight until the election is over, might even complete my first run through.

The combat is great, new options as well like the dash, I also german suplexed someone which was fucking fantastic.

And yea why would you possibly want to buy a mask or coat for REAL money when it does fuck all for your gaming experience or contribute to the game (unless your a kid showing off online how rich your parents are)

You want a HDR10+ compatible tv, it’s being adopted by more and more AAA games these days (a relatively easy thing to support)

Most modern TVs should be HDR10+.

You want to look at a bunch of different parameters

- Resolution (1080 vs. 1440p vs. 4k vs. 8k)
- OLED vs. "Q/LED" (OLED has much better contrast, and darker blacks. also better viewing angles. but OLEDs are very expensive.)
- Frame Rate (60fps vs. 120 fps) (Some manuf. fake these nrs, so be careful it's a "native" rate. Samsung has a "motion rate" which is not real native rate.)
- Response Time (This is harder info to track down but important. This is what differentiates TVs vs. Gaming Monitors. Even though a TV might technically be 120 "fps", it can't change colours 120 times/second. It relies on the fact that some frames/colours are the same as previous. You need 1 ms Gaming Monitor to refresh that fast)
- Colour Richness (LG is usually good with this)
- Screen Tearing (see how they deal when gpu/console frame rate is different refresh frate)

All the UK players in here (cuz I reckon this kid isn't as famous anywhere else) if you are playing WD Legion... Stormzy has his own mission and tune for the game and its absolutely awesome!!!!

Its amazing how far games have come and how far they are pushing it for us as players.

EDIT: Completed the game tonight. 24 hours before Valhalla releases, happy days. My game crashed on seconds before the end which triggered me, thankfully it reloaded at same point it crashed, lucky. Thoroughly enjoyed the game, it was fantastic.

However it does need a lot of improvement and fixes, jumping mechanism and crashes need worked out desperately.

Decided to delete all the games from my computer, disk was formatted, but still I dedicated yesterday to watch RDR2 cutscenes (I played like a third of it)

Man, that character development of Arthur Morgan is possibly the greatest story in games ever. All the feels of the last few Arthur missions are gut-wrenching and show Arthur in different light. Since it's so realistic, it just hits harder than Witcher or The Last of Us.

Agree RDR2 best storyline ever in a video game imo.

Just finished playing RDR2 about a week ago. What a game it was! The storyline was great. Since then I started AC Odyssey and I’m loving it too. Has anybody played AC Valhala? How is it compared to Odyssey?

I don’t play games that often but these games are sure longer than what I remember. I used to finish games in 8-12 hrs. Now RDR took about a week - 10 days and now I’ve been playing AC Odyssey for about a week and I’m just at level 17. I think the last level is 99, right? I need to play for 6 months probably to get to level 99.

I am about 50/60 hours into Valhalla now, feels like I am no where near to completion as well. It's absolutely incredible, it feels more like a vikings game than it does an AC game, the mechanics are totally different, not in a bad way though. The storyline so far is fantastic, there was only 1 mission (i wont spoil) that made me rage and not want to play it ever again but that happens every game where I feel a mission is pointless and not needed. The "boss" fights are pretty cool, "finishing" moves are awesome, raiding is so f'in cool, like it's just so f'in cool. This game is worth every single penny, I am not lying when I say this, the bog standard edition could easily be sold at £100 for itself, I would pay it as well.

There are A LOT, LIKE A LOOOOT! of bugs. Which is frustrating, especially when you need to rely on npc's for a lot of the missions... but if you game and know Ubisoft, just ubisoft things..

If you are on the fence of buying Valhalla - BUY IT
If you havent playing AC games - BUY IT
If you own a pc/console - BUY IT
If none of the above apply - BUY IT
