Its more of attitude rather than mental the more I see it.

Media praised him as the best Italian midfielder or backbone or something started going into his head. He was not annoying like this last season or first half of this season. Now I only see flashes of his skills here and there but lots of yelling, pointing and complaining. He is not like dynamo of our team like he did before the last few games.

He does the work in defence, so while next season that might not be enough, atm when we are first and cruising through games, his contributions throughtout the whole year should be commended. Next season will be crazy too, since Euro is this summer and then we have World Cup next summer. Players ain't getting rested anytime soon.

We'll just have to use some of our bench options, no matter how shit they are.

Yah Lukaku has yelled less at his teammates recently but Barella’s attitude has been frustrating. Even Brozo looks a lot more composed and mature now. It’d be a mistake to make him our captain next year. Remember what happened with Icardi?

I think he did okay yesterday. Much better than in the last games. But it's obvious that he (and Lukaku) need a rest.

Thanks for the vids which remind me again when he first came here.

rising star at Cagliari and transfer for tens of million dollar, but he came with that bag, he really looks like an ordinary guy that just wants to play football (and play for our club particularly). He also did not smile too much which I think it shows that he is not attention whore and just focus on his job. I also recall his former coach in his Bari youth said that he is a really humble guy.

Hopefully, he can stay humble and focus to improve his performance. We will be very happy if he perform well in Euro.
