I mean keep Lukaku at where he is unless he is willing to take a pay cut or one that is basically like you get the wages you are now if you keep having seasons like last one.
Everyone else should be under 5 and know the club won’t/can’t pay more than that. So lautaro knows that he won’t ever get Lukaku wages

We will be even more broke if we extended Young and Kolarov
I think we will only start seriously looking players after we sold one of our key players. At this situation, we do not know how much money is available and which key player that we will release and therefore need to find cheap replacement.
I actually prefer us to use youth players or existing fringe players, like lazzaro, di marco or even Dalbert rather than use our little money just for the sake of buying replacement. Emerson (chelsea one) is typical mediocre player that will be flop, or at most mediocre, and next summer we will desperately ship out but not possible because of the big salary. Being a mediocre with youth players is more acceptable than being mediocre with shit players like emerson.

10 years of FIFSanchez got the tax reduction benefit, that's why his gross salary is less. Though there Sanchez's net salary is set to 5m€ which it isn't at the moment. It's only in the rumors that if he spreads his contract (the money) to 3 years from the current 2, then the net salary would go down from 7 to 5 annually. But this contract renewal hasn't happened yet so it's a bit misleading at the moment.

Yes, it's an estimation. The list already includes the recent new contract rumor for some players, hence why there's a percentage sign to compare their current deal at the moment.
Currently Sanchez's wage gross is at €10.6m which still lower than Perisic's.

Gds saying we will need to do only one big sale and not two, which is what everyone expected (so from needing to be 100 mil in plus to 70 mil is enough) and the reason is apparently oaktree and suning think next season with all the new coaches coming seria a will be even more competitive, so they don't want to fuck up the team too much. 
This smells like bullshit to me, either it was always the one big to sell, and someone put the bar way too high so fans don't get disappointed that much, or we are just postponing that one remaining sale for the next season which is even worse.
