Is Ben the most frustrating player ever? So much potential wasted and I have a fuckin question, how can one of the best playmakers in the league (the highest fuckin level) be so bad at shooting? I mean I only played Ball for 47 mins total in my whole life but I just don't get how he's so accurate with his passes but cannot shoot for his life. I know the trajectory and flight are very different, passing vs shooting, but still, it's with your hands and you have much better control with your hands in contrast for example to your feet (football). Hope he fucks off somewhere else because Embiid deserves better. If he doesn't develop a jump shot he should go and fuck Kendal again just to spite me, the cunt.

Also at this point i m quite certain it s a mental thing with ben, every off season we hear how he worked on his shooting and how he improved and as soon as the season starts he s back to shooting bricks or straight up refusing to take wide open shots. At this point it might even be hard for the 76ers to trade him as his sitting on a huge contract and i dont see to many teams willing to take him at this price and if they do i m sure it s in exchange for other overpriced players who wont help phillys cause.

None of who you mentioned burst on to the scene like Ben did or even have the same potential, has any of them been an All Star?
Kuzma is ass and Herro I like very much and it's way too early to judge him yet, even Ben is kinda early to judge but the fact that he hasn't improved at all offensively in a number of years is alarming.
It's not Embiid's responobility bro! that's on the coach and/or management.
For me I'm rooting for the bucks and clippers, though the other two are somewhat likable I guess for the fact that they're underdogs.

10 years of FIFYes and no while it s not his responsibility i d expect my starplayer to talk to the second best player on the team if he s obviously afraid to shoot and be aggressive. Look at how MJ held his teammates accountable back in his bulls days same goes for Kobe and Lebron they would not allow Simmons to be out there and play with zero energy, yes you can miss shots but you cannot hide in a game 7.
That being said i m not sure if Embiid did talk to Ben and told him what needs to be said or not, his post match comments make me think he did not though.

As good as Embiid is, and he is very good, comparing his influence and aura to that of the names you mentioned is silly imo. If I was Kobe's teammate and he told me to sleep with my eyes open to have a more efficient mid-range shot I'd be like "hmm ok I'll try and do that". However, if Embiid tells me that I'll go "wtf bro I'm not a fish".
All of the issues lie with Ben himself, and it's simply his own fuckin responsibility to get better when it's obvious to literally everyone that not only he has many things to improve on offensively but that he's a become liability in the other half of the court.

10 years of FIFI agree that embiid is not on the level of the guys i mentioned but he is a MVP level player he was second this year after all even if he was quite far behind Jokic in votes.
I also agree that the problem is Bens and can only be solved by him, but at this point I believe it s mostly mental and it might be that no matter what Embiid tells him it wont help. But to just watch Ben out there and do nothing?
Get angry at him or encourage him to just fucken drive at the basket and be aggressive cause with him out there afraid to handle the ball or drive at the basket he s not helping anyone.....
On top of that at this point it s at least a bit of Embiids problem cause he ll either have to win with Simmons or pray that philly gets something decent in return for him or he ll have to request a trade or he might find himself in a team in rebuild mode with no better chance to win a title than he has now with this Ben.
