I was at that game, it was the best live football experience of my life, right down to the stadium announcer wrongly thinking that Lukaku had scored the equaliser and screaming his name while Vecino celebrated like a mad-man sprinting back to the centre circle with a confused look on his faceThank you for giving me the best time I had supporting Inter since the Triplete. It was short and I wish you can be here for longer but fuck it was worth it. Grazie Romelu
This. We shouldn't be voting on who gets in.. there should be several criteria delivered from the mods or all the members together, and who passes all of those, gets in the section without voting.I voted former players, main reason is the only one season of contributing towards a trophy, and we are not fuckin roma to be satisfied with that, regardless of our past struggles. LGI should reflect our entire history, which is rich in trophies, not just the past decade of struggle, and then to measure things on that merit with regard to who deserves to be in it right now.
I think LGI should be a healthy mix of longevity in inter shirt, trophies we won in plural, and how much that particular player contributed towards those trophies.
Same, what a game what a game. At halftime I was furious with myself for spending hundreds of euros and be less than 24 hours in Milano, why I do this shit, I don't have a f*ckin money tree in the garden to: best day of my life, I'm in heaven, best spending I ever did etc etc. I will never forget this match and every time I see highligts of this game I get goosebumps. The atmosphere was also electric, best game I've ever attend on and off the pitch.I was at that game, it was the best live football experience of my life, right down to the stadium announcer wrongly thinking that Lukaku had scored the equaliser and screaming his name while Vecino celebrated like a mad-man sprinting back to the centre circle with a confused look on his face
Great player, great man, and now great memories. I hope he wins at Chelsea.

No clue how to copy quotes from other threads now, but here's a suggestion:This. We shouldn't be voting on who gets in.. there should be several criteria delivered from the mods or all the members together, and who passes all of those, gets in the section without voting.

Can we agree on a principle of what makes a player part of the "La Grande Inter" section other than a popularity contest that serves no real purpose?
Some structure, such as:
- Won a continental trophy (Champions League, Uefa Cup, Europa League et)
- Won multiple domestic league titles
*Appeared in 50+ games during this winning period
- Or generally, appeared in 150+ games for Inter and has left his mark (was robbed of a title, was best player in the league, top scorer, fan favorite etc) or represented his national team whilst at Inter at a big stage (World Cup, Euro, Copa America, Confederations Cup etc) which gave us good rep. This could be the part where voting comes. Someone like Vieri fits the bill here. Adriano could also be an example here as he wasn't a significant part of the Scudetti he got medals for, had an impact for a Coppa Italia, but for example everyone knew he was part of Inter in those Copa America and Confederation Cup wins in 2004 and 2005 and was a Pirata d'Oro in 2004.
If Hakimi was still around, everyone would have been ecstatic by this sale.
Now it just feels awkward.
As for the tax thing, 5 years is what I also thought but I keep stumbling upon new information and I stopped dealing with Italians since 2 years ago so I have zero first hand experience now with this issue.
It was the same in here, guy was disliked to say the least by manyIncredible player. Sad it is ending already and he is joining one of my teams rivals. Hopefully you guys saw what the idiotic fans of my club couldn’t see.
