He did score an amazing goal vs ACM (was it in February?) in what was probably the most important victory in the title race. Vs on of the best GKs around. And assisted for the first goal.

He's not a choker, he's just not the best there is at every given moment, but far from choker. He would have missed at least one penalty if he was one.

Not every moment, but the most important moments makes him a choker, also penalties are a different case, some of the best players in history were clutch in specific moments missed important penalties in various tournaments.

EL Final, the CL group stages and with Belgium in the WC and Euros.

In the Serie A win he contributed a lot but it was a whole team effort, because he could have scored 30 goals and still Inter could have finished 2nd had the team not performed up to par.

It’s funny because you just generalize people who criticize Lukaku into 1 category lmao because I never use those excuses. Fact is Lukaku was shit in CL for us , couldn’t score a single goal against Shaktar when we needed it the most, he couldn’t finish a one on one situation against Sevilla when we needed it the most and he couldn’t do shit against Italy when he was spoon fed missing a header and a tap in (unless you consider Spina’s block a miraculous one). It’s a well known fact that he chokes when it matters and he’s great against smaller minions which is how he helped us win the league. Dude left already, so forget about him lmao
But you are right, everyone is entitled to their own opinion; they are entitled to cherish any player they want.
Thank you so much for clarifying for me brother.

100% agree that the title was a team effort. Probably 12 or 13 players effectively contributed imo

I am glad to see him doing well, especially to shut up the folks on this very forum who attributed his incredible success with us purely to Conte.

In the form of his life. How is this possible, no Conte and on his way down from the "peak" he was on.
I think Lukaku just learned how to play football properly. Or more presicely, how to use his strengths.

Romelu Lukaku registered just 8 touches in the first half – no other player (including both GKs) touched the ball less than 10 times so far. [SofaScore] #CHEMCI

Typical performance against a good team. In the first half Chelsea had a decent counter and he had the chance to put Werner through on goal with a through pass between the defenders and completely botched it.

Very bad game. And Chelski played 352 and he just couldn't show up

He didn't get many chances to be fair to him, scored on his only realistic chance but Werner I think who passed was offside. When you watch his games he gets in the same positions he did for us, with a nice through ball to his right just needed to feed him and he rarely gets it, I've seen it a few times happen to him over the last few games.

I think we can all agree though not having the focus on one sole striker (for us) has worked so favourably, I miss the guy but so far can't have many complaints with us raining goals.
