Gonna bench Perisic.

Always had a sweet spot for him, his left foot is so accurate, he has to work on the defensive side of his game but everything offensive is great in Dimarco. Great addition to the team.

He was pretty poor defensively today. Playing him as a CB is less than ideal, but better than the alternative as Kolarov.

Great goal. I’m really happy for the guy. Lifelong interista from Milano who’s been in our youth system since he was a kid and very much took the longway to get to the first team. Must have been a sweet moment.

As a LWB I think he’s fine to start right now but if he’s going to play in a back 3, he needs to play more conservative and do a better job locking in with the back line.

I so fucking hope we can see him start in perisic place, he just better at every aspact in my opinion and he have amazing shot and crosses also, i dont know why inzaghi insist that perisic is first pick, dimarco was our best player at preseason and he was better that perisic when he play in league that for sure..

i didnt watch all of the game, but the bits where he caught my attention he was really drifting forward and playing quite wide. To me he feels like a natural LWB, which is no surprise. I know Bastoni does a lot of that too, but for me the difference is that Bastoni nails down the defending first.

He is not better than Perisic, why always such a hate on Perisic in this forum jeez. Last year everyone wanted freakin Biraghi to stay here and play instead od Perisic lol! Maybe DiMarco is better fit for lwb cause its his natural position and yea,I agree he should play more in that position in starting eleven. But he's not better player than Perisic, not even close. Perisic problem is that he is older, slower and plays in position that is not his, he is attacking winger, but he is soo good player that he succesfully played as lwb. We saw DiMarco as LB yesterday,which ia not his natural position, he was shit. Solid player and thats it. Btw that free kick was phenomenal.

Both Biraghi and Dimarco are better than Perisic. Short and simple. Last match he and Brozovic were shit and subbed out soon.

I really not hate perisic, i even kinda like him, but he waste too many good passes chances, his crosses almost alwys not pass the first defender or sometimes he just pass witout any touch like yesterday, his work rate is amazing, but dimacro as you said also is more fit and better this at this role...

Ok, just prove me what has Perisic done AS A WINGBACK to be better than those guys? A rotation role with Ashley Young, that’s it.

Notice the bold, we don’t use a winger, I don’t care about how he played as a winger. I only know he is a Gagliardini-level at most for his current role, with the salary of Barella. That’s why no one bother releasing him for free.

Was great for the first 60 minutes or so, then started fucking up everything. Should have been substituted. He's a player like Politano who, despite being young, can only last about an hour on the pitch, but fortunately unlike Poli he's not fucking useless.

bravo Dimarco. 2 nice assists. him and Hakan have been making our corner kick more meaningful. we always hope something happen when we get a corner kick now.
