Honestly one of my favorite South American players ever. People are kind of hard on him. We got him way past his prime in an insane deal with Man U.

then they gave him to us for FREE!!

we only fkd up on giving him a crazy long contract at his stage of his career + insane wages that are half what he wasn’t making but he isn’t 1/5th the player he was when Man U got him

I know we got him way past his prime, which I would expect his speed and stamina would drop, but even shooting ability? That's kinda odd.
His flair is still there though.

Same but I rather see Correa start tbh. Until I know how he and Lautaro will work together, this will be my opinion. And if they work good together imagine the possibilities with Correa, El Toro, Dzeko and Sanchez. Not bad at all

Apart from Barella he's the only player who can create something out of nothing. He almost got an assist today if it wasn't for Dzeko's shit header. I don't want to see fucking Calhanoglu playing instead of Alexis ever again.

Just before that he gifted very dangerous counter-attack for Atalanta. And this is not happening for the first time. I was one of the people who wanted Sanchez to stay, but i was wrong. Huge salary, injury prone as much as Sensi and constant ball hugging.

Feel for Sanchez, even though this is not the time to make cryptic social media posts. I still can't understand why he does not play, at least as a super sub. Sanchez is our best attacker IMO. When fit, he has to play at least 30 minutes every game. Even at this age, Sanchez is better than Correa will ever be.

I can't feel sorry for him. Whenever he goes to Chile he returns injured and then we need to wait for months for his recovery. The club has been very patient with him so he should show a level of maturity now he doesn't have the trust of the coach. I understand his frustration but instead of making posts on social media like a spoiled kid he should work harder in training in order to change coach mind.
