If Napoli are still interested in Vecino I would push for a Lobotka/Vecino swap. Not sure what Napoli see in Vecino but Lobotka is definitely a player we can "safely" use as a backup to Brozo and Barella, neat and safe in possession, can play across the midfield.
Why not try for Torreira. I don't know how much Arsenal will ask for him, but he could be very useful for us. We could rotate a midfield of Barella, Brozo, Calha and Torreira for 3 positions. Barella and Brozo cannot play game after game with CL. And also the 5th midfielder could be a youngster, which we could develop.

I would only take Torreira on loan because it’s still better then what we have now, which is no one. Otherwise he’s proven he isn’t really for the top level. Wouldn’t invest money long term.

We need a good quality midfielder backup as a priority. Hope Beppe is looking into this. We can't have a situation like last 2 seasons where no one could backup Lukaku. This time would be worse.

Torreira? Please, the guy was worthless for the most part with Arsenal and really hasn't been stellar in Serie A either ..pass.
Torriera was one of Arsenals best players his first season, winning multiple MOTM awards until Umery decided he should play higher up the pitch. You want the best out of Torreira you either play him in a holding role or a Kante role (defensive B2B). For 10-15M he's a safe bet IMO.

Nah, he was crap. Too short and easily muscled off the ball and was let go by the Gunners rather quickly. Hasn't made the highlight reel in Serie A either. Maybe for a loan.

I actually disagree, I think he’s been really good for Fiore this season.

However, yeah, kinda ass for Arsenal.

He is good for Fiora actully. Much better than Pulgar and Fiorentina look more stable with him as DM.

Well I've been wrong before, heck I was against the Darmian signing. I would be happy to be wrong on this purported signing too.

Man that’s a shit trade off for Brozo. Goes from competing for trophies and playing against the best in the CL and living in Milano to playing Millwall and Derby in the championship on dreary Wednesday afternoons.

We need to fucking understand the situation we are in.
Inter don't have the money for a big player, transfer or free agent. We still have a pretty good trio of Brozo, Barella, Calha. A 4th midfileder who can rotate with those 3 to keep them all fresh is what we need. Torreira could be that player (supossely he cost in the range of 10-15m max). He is young enough, would be our only DM and he is pretty durable. Sensi and Gags could keep the last 2 spots in midfield. Vidal and Vecino can fuck off.

Nahitan Nandez Cagliari, Maxime Lopez - Davide Frattesi Sassuolo could be good choice
I think Nandez and Maxime Lopez in for Vecino and Vidal would freshen things up a bit. Maybe we could for another player if either Sensi/ Gagliardini leaves.

gds - Inter have been following Maggiore (Spezia) for quite some time, the formula would be loan with obligation to redeem. multi-year payment would satisfy all the parties involved.

I think Nandez and Maxime Lopez
But FIF will say they're too short lol

Really a fan of Maxi Lopez's play style though, nice technically and smart tactically, knows how to use his body, he's become an all round player in midfield.

He was fine till Umery moved him out of position. I wish FIF would research a little before brushing players off, Torriera went through bouts of depression, then his mother passed from COVID, just had a rough 2 years but he's steadily getting back to his best. To me he's like a store brand Kante, a player who can intercept and disrupt attacking plays and distribute tidily. We could def use a player like that on the bench, provided he's available at low cost (10-15M)

We will get a better player than Torreira I feel.
A look low cost/risk, high ROI midfielder for squad depth? Who?

I mean, I can also find you some Gagliardini MotM if you want

I would 100% take Torreira as a rotation option, I'm not brushing him off. As a sporadic EPL watcher, I thought he was not very good at Arsenal, that's it.

Frattesi >>>>>>>>>>>Torreira

Based in form and potential, Frattesi worth more 10 times than Torreira.
