We certainly weren't playing with our best lineup. We were missing our both options for middle cb (De Vrij, Ranocchia), our starting ss (Lautaro) and our starting rwb (Darmian).

But on that position we have substitutes that would be in Roma starting eleven. Even fkn Vecino would play in Roma starting eleven. So imagine how bad they are, and they were missing their key players lol

But if you consider where his career was, he was basically the absolute top coach in the world for like 5 years there, and now he's stuck at a level where its hard to ever see him coming back from
Agree, he is way past his prime, but I am certain that even this Mourinho, if he would coach PSG now they would be stronger and better than what we see under Poch. He is now in position that can coach mediocre teams at best, so he is in fucked position and I dont see him recover from that. He is now like Rafa Benitez, that kind of level. Look how Ancelotti come back he was in similiar position but Florentino saved his ass. I dont see how would Klopp or Pep done much better with this Roma squad.

He has limited squad plus he played yesterday against our almost perfect line up without his best players. Imagine us goin against best Bayern without Barella,Broz, Skriniar and Lautaro. Yes his time is past but that squad yesterday was comedy.
His Roma lack spirit. Did you see them yesterday? Zero will to put fight against us. I don't think that our game was something extraordinary. We played on slow tempo, and no pressing / poor pressing by Roma even couldn't put some urgency in our play. Even relegation teams exercise better pressing and give us some troubles. From the other hand, our not so intense pressing caused them huge problems. Yea, they were able to create few good counters, but most of the time the ball was kicked aimlessly ahead. And for me, all of this is on the coach. Mourinho hasn't changed since 2010, but the football did it.

Haven't given up on Jose just yet. If the owners, fans and Jose himself have the patience he could turn Roma into a force a la Atalanta in a couple of years. Happy Inter beat him yesterday and hope so in the future.

Yeah, I don't see it being a requirement for Roma to finish like top 4 with that squad in his first season. But Mourinho needs to do better to fire up his team no matter who are playing.

This. Lesser teams have given us more trouble and even won against us. Jose's football is outdated, even in the second half he was trying to play on the counter, didn't even think to change his style. I am not sorry for him, why would i be?!

Jose had a great team here. He was given everything he wanted and the players gave him their souls. The triplete was a team effort, and he left without even saying goodbye. If that's how we play, we don't owe him anything, and we shouldn't feel sorry, same as he didn't feel sorry about leaving us knowing that we will fail after him. Business after all, right?

Thank you and goodbye!

Yea we dont owe him nothing my ass, ask Mancini and previous coaches how is easy to achieve triplete. Inter did it multiple times in its history. My ass. We can just dream about next triplete. Dream my friend. Mou is a fkn legend of Inter, dont care that he left us, he did here what others can dream, so he can do what the fuck he wants. As long as he is not coach of Rube he is with Herrera our greatest coach and legend.

He is a legend, but today's Mourinho is just a shell of his former self. And I don't want him here as a coach anymore.

Give that Roma squad (all with the currently injured players) to Klopp or Guardiola, they are still getting thrashed 3:0 by this Inter.

I have no doubts regarding Mourinho's football mind and intellect, I do believe there is still space for counter-attacking football in current year. He still has it, even if the recent years have taken a toll on his winner's mentality. It's hard to keep thinking in winners terms and perspective when its been so long since you've been one yourself. What I do doubt is his decision making. And I don't even mean football decision making, just career moves in general.

Who the fuck accepts that United gig when you know the squad is full of greenhorn instagram playstation generation players who are utterly undisciplined?
Who the fuck accepts that Spurs gig when you know those squad veterans, despite their quality, have been losers for so long that there is no breathing any new life into them? That club has been cursed to be mediocre for as long as it exists.

And now Roma. Where you are expected to do twice as much with half as little as everyone else, a club so devoid of success and so hungry that it's digesting itself out.

I understand the appeal of taking an underdog position, after all Mou cut his teeth in such clubs and achieved the greatest of successes, but there is audacious and then there is stupid. No manager would've performed differently in those conditions, at those clubs, regardless of how offensive/defensive their football doctrine is.

It's partly because Mourinho isn't considered a big tier manager and those are probably the biggest jobs he can land. He used to be in the position of being the most desired manager in the world, he's not even top 10 now. If Roma fire him I don't know what he will get next.

Last decent squad he coached was in Chelsea, and he won PL with them and played semifinal of CL(Cunte can dream about semifinal of CL for example).Yes,he fucked up season later cause of his fkn ego and his antics, and players just started to boycott him. After that he was too greedy, just wanted big bucks/salary and so he started to fuck his legacy by taking shit squads in ManU,Tottenham and now Roma. And every sacking brings him to lower standards. He should take Portugal after he fails in Roma,I dont see who can ressurect him right now. Maybe Perez come to rescue like he saved Carletto ass.

Mourinho won trophies, one of which was Europa League, a not-that-strong ManUtd not long ago. Hard to say his peak has passed.

But moving to Roma is a terrible decision. What does he supposed to do with a team full of loser mentality and being destroyed with ACL injuries years after years? Nice to have that 7m salary but it destroys Mou’s reputation unevitably afterward.

Interesting article in today's Guardian regarding Jose. The article states that Mou could be gone sooner from Roma than he was from Spurs.

"Obviously I'd like to turn around to the bench and, like Simone Inzaghi, find Vidal, Correa, Lautaro, Darmian, Ranocchia. But this is a different reality and I'm happy to help our youth players grow. It's not a criticism, it's a reality."

Just say you want to manage Inter man. Talks about us more than Roma.
