Why? give his spot to one of the youth player we have out on loan and save huge on wages. He will get a extension the coach likes him.
D'Am def should get one.
if Kolarov gets one I am no longer a fan of this team. Seriously even if we magically win every game 70-0 I just can't wrap my brain around how we gave him a contract extension the 1st time. Dude had like 3 minutes in 2020.

Bring on Ginter, Luiz Felipe and Milinkovic. 2 are free and one has a clause for 15m and ensure we've got the best CBs in the league.
Obviously we won't have enough playing time to satisfy all 3, but we can easily sell Ginter or Luiz Felipe and bring in profits.
Wishful thinking? Maybe, but I don't see what's stopping us from doing that. Bringing in free agents and sell them a year later with profit.

You can't do this. There is so many aspect in transfer.
Home grown status and they role in NT.
Vecino is starter at Uruguay, but benchwarmer at Inter, that's why he want leave.
Milinkovic is almost impossible to join because he so important in his NT, so he must be want come as starter.
Ranocchia, D'ambrosio, DiMarco, and Darmian are reliable backup without pressure in NT. That's what player we need as backup.
