I am ok with salary but not at all with contract length. Offering a 5-year contract to Dybala is a big gamble considering his fitness issues.
After I've checked his injury history on transfermarkt, it's not as bad as I thought. he had a bad 2021 year and that's it. One lengthy injury that made him miss 18 games and some stop and go injuries at the start of this season.

He might be worth the risk imo

What players Juve have they can offer? I don't think they have anyone. We have Pirola, we have Esposito, we have Pinamonti, we have Vanheusden.
Fagioli for sure. Soule is also highly rated.

I was waiting for Lorenzo Lucca to have an explosive season in Serie B but he's making Dzeko look in form.

Basically every season for the past 6 years or something he has missed 2 or more games because of injury. Usually more close to 5 games than 2 games. That's Serie A only. So few weeks out because of injury every season.

That is nothing when you compare him to Sensi who has missed the best part of the last two and a half years.

when i watch scamacca, i can see the potential, and i can see why sassuolo want 40 mil

he's not just a striker, where goals are the be-all, end-all of how to evaluate strikers

dude is a legit target man with legit size as well, with proper foot skills, you can see the potential he would have under inzaghi and he'd be great in and around the penalty box in tight spaces causing havoc with 1-2s

when he strikes the ball, he seems to prefer to hit the ball with the in-step of his boot as you would when you see hockey players slap a puck, or a pinball bumper, controlling the angle of contact and spin, or sometimes lack of spin, in order to get the ball to catch air resistance and fade from left to right, and he does this with his link-up play a lot when you see him switch the ball to opposite wing. his technique reminds of a lot thierry henry back in his heyday

if he was english, he'd probably have liverpool and city lining up to pay 100 mil for him, heck, maybe in a few years they might be

But what Sensi got anything to do with this conversation?

imagine getting Dybala after Hakan. That's almost like Bayern that get's the stars from Dortmund, we are talking about 2 top clubs losing one of their most important players ot the team to the biggest Rival, imagine that! Let's see if this is really happening. But it would be devastating for Juve and Inter would get bigger in the league.

Dybala on form is not better than grandpa Dzeko on form, and both won't happen consistently. So, no thanks.
Like Sanchez won't be a good player again, Darmian would never become a decent player, Lukaku would never leave Inter for more then 60M because he woul be shit, Cahlanoglou would never replace Eriksen.. i mean of course not every player will get automatically world class at Inter. But were talking about Dybala. People are still looking to much into the last 1-2 seasons of the players. Inter can't get proved players like Haaland or Vhlao, that's why we need to make transfers like this.
Dybala on form is probably one of the best 3 players in the league. If Sanchez who is much older became decent again at Inter, immagine what Dybala could still do.

Also quite reliable from the spot. We need that kind of quality, if we can get Dybala for free on same wages as in Juve, we won in life

Obviously there is some injury scare with him, but we need to replace Sanchez with quality, not just okay player like Correa

Dybala is a modern Recoba. They have golden left foot and unimaginable creativity. At the same time, they could not untap the full potential of their talents. Dybala is already at the peak age of 28. Player with the calibre of his talent at the peak age should already dominate headlines as one of the best players in generation which he fails to do so. Either it is the lack of mental fortitude or injury proneness or inconsistency, there is not much time for Dybala to stamp his mark in football world.

I worry we would repeat Recoba's mistake in the past when we made him the best paid player without equal contribution. Hypothetically, we have to match rube's offer which is at least 8 million per year with 4 years contract. That is the figure for the proven best player in Serie A. Dybala is one of the most talented player, but he hasn't dominate the league to justify such figure except if we have a clear formula to guarantee his product within the contract time. In due time, I have more faith in Marotta cheapskating obscure players around and forging a team whose sum is more than its parts.

Signing Dybala would mean so much more than just a player. If Juve doesn't qualify for the CL and they lose their best player to a direct rival would mean we are ready to dominate Serie A like those cunts did. For the rest of the world it would seems like Inter has passed Juve as a club and we would generate much more publicity. We could sell his image everywhere in the world. It would sent out a message to every other club that we are serious about continuing our cycle and we will try to get every player who makes us better even if there is the slightest possibility.

Dybala is such a high-profile player for the social media world we are living in right now that I'm sure he would be a good signing for us. He is a great player when fit and has qualities we don't have right now. With the salary from Eriksen gone we can take the risk of signing Dybala. Or at least gets Juve so frustrated that they are going to pay him much more than they can afford.

I would love Dybala at Inter, if it doesn't come at the expense of a Dzeko replacement, which should be priority for us. If we can afford him, Dybala coming in to replace Sanchez I don't mind. But first and foremost we need a CF, and Dybala isn't it.

We made this same mistake last summer, when we spent our entire budget on Correa. We needed to focus on a CF.

This actually doesn't seem that bad. Like in 2018, it was just 1 injury. In 2019, he missed a month. In 2020 and 2021, he had some issues. But those don't seem like recurring ones. We should see what is the average that any player misses in a year? And of course, compare with similar players (forwards).

Dybala is not Correa. And with Sanchez gone we will miss a good second striker, believe me. We have Lautaro yes but he's not a true second striker, he's totaly diffrent. Lautaro is not a great passer, he has not a great dribling. He's more like a striker playing playing as false second striker.

Is it? It depends on the finances. 15m€+ gross salary and if that guy misses games, it's not good, it's bad. Wouldn't be able to sell him because of his salary so this 40-60m€ valuation means really nothing. Next summer is the time to sign him for every club interested so no one will buy him later anymore. Quality is there but like @Irequis well pointed out, Dybala has never quite popped. He was once MVP of Serie A, two years ago but he hasn't been consistent ever throughout multiple seasons.

Probably these were the thoughts when Juventus brought Cristiano. And look how it turned for them.
Fuck Dybala! Just simple as that. We should forget about him. As @Irequis said he never fulfill the expectations. Ironically, if we sign Dybala, Juventus will go full speed to sign Vlahovic. Without Dybala and Morata, they have enough room for Vlahovic. They may also throw Kulusevski in the deal, which would be good for the kid and also Fiorentina. He seems Italiano's type of player. So, my friends, be carefully what you wish!!!
