Inter cant penetrate themselves to venezia last night because venezia played with 8-10 men at penalty box, even those men blocked every inter player passing/crossing route. different model attack like shooting outside box or some dribbling would be need to face this opponent.

It's always going to be more difficult to see short passes through the center and vertical play against 10 men in their own area.

Not only that. So many times when we counter attack with flow we usually just pass the ball back. The members on FIF is really good at noticing this if its Vecino doing it but seems to be completely blind when someone else does it. If you looked closely last game there were many times Sanchez was in great position for a through ball but it never comes. Atleast our LCB Dimarco is good at doing those passes but he is a rotational player...

It's okay. No game for another 2 weeks. Farris is more than capable to head the training session. It's not like Simone can't zoom in and run the team through his latest tactics. Get well soon.

This is the 2nd time he’s down with the sickness. He already had covid when he was coaching Lazio, not even a year ago lol.

It still sucks though, I’d imagine his absence messes with our preparation in one way or another. I’d also assume that a few players are going to test positive as well.
Hopefully he’ll be back in a week, this is the most important game of the season after all.

They are suppose to be back in trainings on Wednesday.

We are missing Lautaro, Sanchez, Vecino, Barella, Sensi, Bastoni.

I hope he gets well soon. My only concern is that there is no outbreak during the break and in the lead up to the match against Milan. I do not want our preparations for the game to be compromised nor do I want our starting eleven to be compromised due to a Covid-19 breakout.

The match against Milan presents us with the opportunity of knocking them out of the race for the Scudetto, or at least significantly denting any hopes they may have of keeping pace with us. Accordingly, I hope our players return from the International break without injuries and that we will see the game as a real opportunity to eliminate a direct opponent for the Scudetto.
