Where do you get all this time from to watch all these matches Sawyer? Can I apply to you at your employer?

Currently unemployed mate, I quit my job last month and am in stage 3 interview for a new job which is why I quit my last job, as I believe in myself and I believe I will get this job, if not, I've always saved 10% of pay checks for rainy days, so can survive a while without, but that won't be necessary

I've always tried to keep an eye on Primavera/all things Inter right now I have spare time to do so instead of reading results/highlights only and I am really enjoying it.

Tried watch primavera a lot since b4 armando(?) their play is not organized at all the formation not maintened lot of hold ball and dribling so different when i watch england youth league, or when watch other club in uefa youth or even nation youth (italy formation stil crap btw but a bit better then our)

I don't think that organization matters too much for primavera's level. It's more important to develop the lads, instead to make them play in some particular system.
