Gabriel Jesus is a striker.
He was a winger at Palmeiras before went to Man City. He’s better at crossing and drilling. All his best games I watched Man City he played more a winger than striker.

Nope.

He’s better at crossing and drilling.

Not sure on how good he's with a borer but between him and Barbosa it was always Jesus being the better dribbler and Barbosa the better scorer.

All his best games I watched Man City he played more a winger than striker.
City is an anomaly, anyway. They played with no strikers at all in the games you've watched.

Maybe he played in the wrong position before, just like Brozović. Current Gabriel Jesus is nothing but a striker, just like Lautaro. He's not bad, but his destination is most probably Arsenal

Saw us linked to Gabriel Jesus, I actually think that would be a sneakily good signing. Probably out of our price range though. Would prefer him to Scamacca, I get that they’re totally different players. I think we still lack pace and dribbling and he would fit a front 2 well.
I think Jesus would be a very good signing too, but as Il Drago says, he has some scoring issues from time to time too. His rumoured fee is something between 25-30 million. As his contract is expiring in 2023. Will be on higher wages as Scammaca tho. And i really doubt he would like to be a rotational option at his next club.

Not sure about that. I have read rumors City want 25-30m for Gabriel. Not an outrageous fee. No idea about his wages though.

My issue with him is he's another forward who doesn't score much. Not sure he would fix the issue in attack.

Gabriel Jesus ass
Scamacca ass
Lautaro ass
Dzeko ass

Any of these lead our line next year and we can say hi to another shitty season where we need a lot of luck to go our way.

Nunez
Osimhen
Rashford
Dybala
Even fucking werner

would be what i consider an upgrade.

You want to go on the cheap side? save the money because no ones better than Lautaro sub 40 million. Might as well buy dybala and save our money

Looking at Leao for milan really hurts considering we were linked to him. We always get these wrong.

Ah once again I have to discuss football with people who don’t understand. Werner is also ass, but he at least offers something Lautaro doesn’t have. Pace. Lautaro on the other hand has no attribute that stands out.

Now rashford is a different story, he had bags of talent that Lautaro and Werner can only dream they have. Hes having one bad season after the euros. We’d be lucky to get a player like him. He’s the reason i think you don’t understand football if you cant see his talent.

By the way, I’m not surprised to see your reaction. I will always recite that way back in December I claimed that we have a shitty forward line and it will cost us a lot this season and everyone defended dzeko and lautaro. Now look at the way this forum talks about them. I’m not surprised that no one else could see it back then even if it was blatantly obvious.

i can tell your the type who texts “lol” after every line during an argument. If you think adding a laughing face makes your case any valid you just look like more of a dumbass.

It’s like I said you’re a clueless fuck lmao the first thing you decided to bring out was stats
When Lukaku the best inter striker in the last 10 years has the same amount of goals as werner in the league. Valid argument though “LOL”

Remarkably, you have managed to create a wishlist that's collectively worse than the "ass" list.

You don’t even deserve 3 posts, you’re the Lukaku hater whos been ridiculed for years in this forum. No one takes you seriously so I won’t either.

Lautaro
Dzeko
Scamacca
Jesus

are better than

Osimhen
Nunez
Dybala
Rashford

Am i really supposed to respond to this?

Well, you uttered it so it's up to you to defend it.

But what we have is:
Osimhen, a fast striker that used to be fearless but after that Skriniar collision is a shell of himself. On the side, he does not score against big teams.
Nunez, a great prospect but nowhere near Lautaro's current level. Worth the gamble but that's about it. We've seen dozens of players with this breakthrough seasons but not all of them ended up elite.
Dybala, a ghost for 2 years now after he contracted covid in particular and not relevant in the world stage since 2018. That's 4 years now.
Rashford, a player on Joaquin Correa's level.
+ Werner who's actually the best gamble of the lot since he's fast and can score but needs confidence and someone to nurture him, but we're typically not the right place for that.

So it's not just about whether or not these players are better or worse than the top list (they're not better), it's that these players aren't what we should be going for, especially for what they cost. Dybala is a big gamble and we'll all welcome him due to the external factors, but truth is that we'll all be hoping that he recovers his form and the expectations won't be really that high.

As for the list.
- Obviously Dzeko is a player that we cannot really rate but he's useful as a sub even at this state. The only reason we hate on him is because he starts too much and never gets subbed off. Him and Rashford are the worst of all players mentioned.
- Scamacca is actually an exciting prospect and the only big turn off I see with him is that he resembles Icardi (pretty similar face and facial expressions, plus the weird tattoos). You want players that hold the ball up, can pass, have a strong shot and can head the ball, he has all the tools. Problem is that his ceiling is unknown and he'd be best utilized next to a scorer rather than someone like Lautaro.
- Lautaro is the best player of them all. Starting for Argentina, won them their first trophy since 1991 and is generally one of the top names in football today whether you like it or not.
- Gabriel Jesus may not be an elite striker, but he's still Brazil main guy and is one of the best poachers in world football, significantly ahead of both Osimhen and Werner at this stage who have a higher ceiling but it's not within their reach as things stand.

So yeah, you have managed to create a wish list that costs x3 more money than the "ass" list and it's not even better... Well said.

Jovic - If not, Werner in Chelsea he hasnt been lighting the world on fire either.
I'd rather try to resurrect Maxi Gomez than Jovic
