Old, mediocre trash:) You are an outstanding moderator and very welcoming fella. I hope he proves you otherwise. In russian there is an expression, i ribu syest i na xuy sest. It seems like you want him play for 500 k with 0 transfer fee. Anyway, good luck beating Milan , Napoli and Juve.
You are here in support of your countryman, I am here in support of Inter.

Welcome Mkhitaryan..
Thank you.
You are here in support of your countryman, I am here in support of Inter.
That does no mean you have to offend a player. Civility should be important, at least for moderator profile. I support my countryman to play for your club.

You gotta take it easy buddy. The random Russian saying you’ve used in your prior post is quite offensive so I have no bad feelings telling you to fuck off. Signing Mkhitarian at this price is pure trash and it’s actually killing our club as we could’ve invested this money into a way better player. So yeah fuck off

I think many here are just tired of us paying too much money for old players who don’t perform as expected!

We have made expensive mistakes with players like Kolarov, Vidal, Dzeko, Radja, Sanchez… who did not perform as well we expected and now we are in a position that we need to sell one of our younger core players to cover our losses €120m, after last season we had to sell Lukaku and Hakimi for a same reason! So it’s only normal that people here are against these kinds of moves…

We have to be extra careful how we spend our limited funds and we have to decrease our wages this season! Player like Mkhitaryan is not going to be a starter at Inter, but will have big wages.

But I think Mkhitaryan will be solid rotation player to us, but is just too expensive currently and next season too. I would rather used that money to some youger player on loan deal or just trusted Sensi or Agoume and saved some money, so we could keep Lautaro, Barella, Skriniar and Bastoni.

Young, Darmian, Perisic, Dambro was/are good players eaven if they are old and perform… I have nothing against them and I hope Mkhitaryan do good with us?

I hope people here are respectful to other writers and everyone can express their thoughts freely without any insults!

Keep it clean please as I assume we all are adults here!

I never insult ex players, new players, players that left to gain something else or players force themselves in after a bad season. It, s a football game. You can't have 22 players at prime age with good contracts, especially when a team competes for higher levels. So good mix is necessary, old and young, experienced and not so. I mean that's why coaches get the big contracts to come up with some short and long term solutions. in all of my posts I tried to be reasonable and diplomatic, whether it was for Miki, Dybala, Lukaku, Perisic, and others. So hey, if Miki helps the team, great. But one thing, the 2 year contract seems it's not automatic, he has to meet some minimums for the first year to have the second year contract active.
But thanks for the support.

If the 4.5m net is true, that includes bonuses. It's not gonna be 4.5m net base. They rumored about 2.8m net with bonuses to 3.5m at some point. I don't believe for a second we've increased our base offer from 2.8 to 4.5 in the matter of two weeks or something.

Mkhi will be an offensive punch from the bench. We completely lacked such player last season. Inzaghi had Vidal, Gagliardini and at some point Vecino available from the bench. So Mkhi is definitely an upgrade over any of these when it comes to offensive impact.

The contract is rumored to be have a termination clause which will be active unless the player plays certain amount of games. So if Mkhi is a flop, we just terminate that contract with that clause.

I've said many times, our options in this market are either pay a bit more for free agent veterans or buy some totally unproven young players with low salaries (to compensate the modest transfer fee). We all know which ones Italian coaches like. Specially when they are competing, when the main purpose of the season is to not nurture talent but play for the trophies.

And I think it's 4.2 not 4.5 with bonuses.

We still have Handanovic, Dambro, De Vrij (might be sold), Darmian, Hakan, Brozovic, Gags, Dzeko who are 28-36 and we also have Skriniar, Gosens, Correa who are 27.

We only have few younger players Barella 25, Dimarco 24, Lautaro 24 and Bastoni 23, so I think we would have needed those younger players to come in to replace older leaving players with lower wages.

Now we are forced to sell one/two of those youger players Lautaro, Barella, Bastoni, Dimarco!

But instead we got Mkhitaryan with high wages…

I’m usually against too many young players in a team as it’s a more burden to coach and they usually need more time and make more mistakes, but in our current situation I would prefer that if that mean we can keep our core players!

But like I said I hope Mkhitaryan does well and we can fight for the scudetto again and or at least make to CL again?

Yeah, but these latest Bastoni or Lautaro sales ideas are based on Lukaku trying to force himself in. Dybala is on free and he is 28. Barella should be untouchable, so Bastoni. I think with Dybala and Lautaro, Dzeko and Correa are enough power to score goals rather than bring Lukaku and sacrifice chemistry up front, after all, we don't know how Dybala and Lukaku would click, or defensive problems-missing Bastoni, midfield missing Barella.

I forgot Dumfries 26, at my earlier post!

But I’m currently more worried about our financials and it seems we are at free fall with €120m losses last season.

Our wages last season was 140m and Milan only 80m, so something is wrong at this picture as Milan still won scudetto!

We overpay our players and most of those guys are older and don’t perform! So if we continue this path where do it get us? After couple of merecatos like this all we have is team full of old expensive players?

We also have to renew Skriniar and Bastoni and pay for Vidal and Sanchez to leave + get that 60-80m for Suning!

I don’t see any other way out off this than trust more young players with much lower wages and try to pring our costs down ASAP and try to keep our younger core players at the team if possible? They are not eaven that young any more…

I don’t think Mkhitaryan or Lukaku are the right players if we want to keep our cost down? Dybala free I do get as he will most likely pring some income with merch!

Yes, but Look at Lukaku's reduced wage is still being 7-7.5 mil. that's not counting Loan money , etc. For a week , I and others were hearing 2.8-3.5 deal for Miki. I mean who would you get in the market right now as a sub mid with experience,. o transfer fees and that amount. Dybala is a gift, no transfer fee, from rival Juve and still making less than Lukaku's reduced wage. That's like no brainer for me.
