So it seems we are about to commit for Bremer €40m and Lukaku €10m loan + €70-80m future fee? Thats ~€110-120m… seems pretty high numbers for money losing club? Surely this means we need to make big sales this and next summer to cover these fees as we need to also cover some Suning loans too.

Both Lukaku and Bremer are good players but there are other cheaper options who would suit better to our financial situation?

This way we would have low risk and we could keep our core and have good starting lineup and cut wages. With this team we should be able to get top 4 or even win scudetto?

I would be happy if we don’t go for Lukaku or Bremer, but keep our core players. I have to remind people we were not far from scudetto this season and we had crazy fixtures january/february and Brozo was out in critical time without proper backup. It was also Inzaghi first season with these guys!

Attack:

Lukaku is fucking expensive and getting old and who’s mentality and fitness might be questionable? So big no for this transfer! I don’t see any point of getting him for just for one year on loan? Next summer we would need to sell one big player or find someone new? Lukaku will not have any resale value and will have big fee/wages. Too many red flags for my liking. So just get Dybala for free and replace Dzeko next summer.

I also see us to change system for 3-4-1-2 for Dybala/Lukaku and it is too big a risk. Both Dybala and Lukaku are most effective when they can cut in at right side, so getting both seem to make no sense to me and I think many here live in La La Land?

If we sell Lautaro for 90-100m I’m in for Lukaku, but I would prefer Lautaro as he is younger and might get better at scoring with Dybala?

With Dybala we could see less Dzeko and Dzeko would be more suited to come in fresh for last 10-15 minutes. He started well last year but 49 games is too much to 36 year old! He scored 17 goals with 10 assits last season so he can still be useful if used right?

Correa might do better with Lautaro and Dybala and I have a feeling that those 3 would have good chemistry?

Midfield:

Mkhitaryan and Asllani can be more effective than Vidal/Vecino/Gags. Last season we suffered cause we did not have Brozo backup when he got injured. Asllani seems to be very promising and can cover Brozo if he needed. He will make some mistakes, but still better suited to DM positioon than Barella/Vidal. I expect Brozo to play againg ~80-85% of games and Asllani can also play with Brozo if Hakan/Barella need to rest. Brozo can cover Hakan and Barella with Asllani to play as DM.

Wingbacks:

I would sacrifice Dumfries this summer for stabilize our books and offset some of those Suning loans.

I think Molina would be the best option to cover Dumfries and maybe even better than him? 36 games with 7 goals and 5 assists last season he seem to be ready to next level? Bellanova even if cheaper is still big gamble and might cost us points if he flops? Molina already know 3-5-2 system. Darmian is still decent backup with promising Cambiaso would be enough to have decent rotation options. Gosens and Molina would be expected to play 80% of the games. Dimarco and Dumbo can also cover if needed?

Defence:

Bremer is out of our reach for it to make financial sense our current financial state? Just keep Skriniar and Bastoni who are our leaders and already settled to Inzaghi system. Maybe try to convince Bremer to stay at Torino for next 6 months and try to force Torino to sale him for that 20-25m next january and avoid big name sale this summer?

De Vrij is still solid CB and we need 2-3 players who can play at centre. De Vrij/Skriniar can do the job with Zinho for backup. Dambro and Dimarco are solid backups for LCB/RCB.

Defence was not our main problem last season but our ability to waste changes was with lack of depth. I don’t see any sense of blow out our defence line with selling both Skriniar and De Vrij… its insane and massive risk!

GK:
I have a little bad feeling about Onana, but who knows maybe he can get in shape and be close to Maignan level? Handa will surely be better than Radu as backup. Handa might start the season and Onana will get more games as the season progress?

I don’t know how far we are for break even if we can lower our wages and increase our income? It seems like Suning try to cook books and try to get new structured loan this summer? Maybe next summer we can be in better financial state and Suning is willing to sell us? But main thing I hope to see this window is we don’t make too many changes as we already had good performances last season, but lacked some consistency and depth.

Next season we would need to replace Dzeko, Gags, Handa and maybe De Vrij? We already have Esposito and Casadei who we can promote/bring back or sell?

Good analysis, but I believe you fall in the same trap as many of us. The prices you put and even players are pretty unrealistic.
I don't think someone will pay that fee for Sensi. In the best case they will ask for a loan plus obligation, if certain parameters are meet (numbers of games available, whcih is already a big burden).
Agoume is no way 10-15m player now. If he will have another season like the last one, maybe. But not now.
Dumfries is also a player where is more smoke than fire. Chelsea has already a better player in this position and United makes no sense. They already have Bissaka who is a similar player. Dumfries was better as a WB and ten Haag don't play with 3CB. It makes no sense. I just don't see someone putting 35-40m on the table for Dumfries.

Your scenario would be actually the best way if we don't need to make a big pile of money from this mecatto.
I think this would be the idea of don Beppe, with one exception. Sell Skrniar for something like 80m than bring Bremer for a 10m loan plus what Torino want as obligation. In this way we make that profit/plusvalenza or whatever fuck it is and the team remain competitive.
I am in minority here and believe Bremer is this moment is better than Skrniar. But even so, no one deny Bremer qualities, plus the fact he know to play in 3 Cb system.

With Bremer and Milenkovic you are waay too optimistic. And I don't believe we want to take Lukaku permanently. Not this summer. If he came good and is the former our Lukaku, we may seat with Chelsea and talk.

I don’t think it’s the case eather and like I wrote this fictional scenario was what the papers say, not me!

I just aggregate all the pieces what I have find at these news articles, to match our targets and what our financial goals?

My point was if those scenarios would hapen what these papers write it could be possible to get all our targets and get that ~60m for Suning loans?

I have been against Lukaku and Bremer deals cause I didn’t beleave it’s financially possible nor it’s wise to shatter your defence line Bastoni-De Vrij-Skriniar in one window and start your season with Bastoni-Bremer-Milenkovic. I also don’t see the point of getting Lukaku here just for one season loan and waste 10m on his loan + his wages?

I'm trying to be in Dybala's place right now. I'm coming in as a star player from Juve. Then suddenly, all the talks shifts toward Lukaku, where one Argentinian buddy would be gone from the team, the second may be gone or may stay and there is a possibility that under 3-5-2, I, Dybala may not have consistent starts.

So what is the back up plan if Dybala says no? Keep Dzeko and Sanchez? Keep Correa and pair Lukaku-Lautaro setup up front?

There's nothing to worry regarding Dybala. He has picked us. Inter just want to decrease all the costs so they are haggling now over agent commissions, bonuses etc, maybe image rights.

Well, how would you define fair market value?

They are asking for discounts on all of them: Pirola, Sensi (7-10M vs the 2.2M + 25M Inter invested), Pinamonti (10-15M instead of his 20-25M value).
I doubt they could aford Pinamonti wage, let alone transfer fee. Perhaps they are just helping drive more traction towards selling these?

Roma are interested, but they are offering something like 17 mln + some primavera players.

Roma owns 30% of Frattesi (sell-on clause) so their offer is only for 70% of the player. 40m€ would be around 28m€ to be paid by Roma.
