For once a good news in offloading our deadwood without paying termination fee. It seems asking for transfer fee for Dzeko and Alexis will be a tall order so just relieving their wages from our payroll is already a fresh air in this transfer window.

Again, not his biggest fan but he does not deserve the kind of insults floating around here. He did very well in the first half of the season and was simply overused and abused due to lack of other options (in Simone's eyes).
I think as a bench option he is fine, but if he can leave and be replaced by a cheaper alternative or a youngster, then great.

Valencia doesn't have the money for his wage, they would ask Inter to pay, which doesn't make sense, if we hv to pay is better to hv him as backup.

I always liked Dzeko and wanted him to contribute more in the 2nd half and have a hand in a scudetto so i have no qualms on him staying another season to try, he seemed out of gas in a lot of games so him playing a part role could be better.

Don't have one.

Nah, sanchez is the one to go if we have to make room for dybala. Everybody forgets him in these sorts of conversations

That will leave us with lautaro, lukaku, dybala, correa and dzeko as fifth option, which is a perfect five strikers option imo, also number wise given the cautionary tale from last season when we desperately searched for that fifth striker in the middle of the season.

Sanchez going is a given. If we are to sign Dybala, another one has to leave.

I don't see any possibility where we keep 5 strikers, especially when all of them are high earners. We may add a 5th option later on, which could be a youngster or someone like Caicedo on low wages. But no way will the 5th one earn even as much as Correa, forget about Dzeko or Sanchez level of wages.

If I see caicedo in the roster next year I’m gonna scream.
