If it's 8.5M net, it's about 11.1M gross (Calcio e Finanza reported this too).

If you want to increase revenue without selling core players, you have to start winning games in order to attract attention and money. Winning games and titles, requires top players like Lukaku. And expenses about Lukaku are not huge. It's 8 mln loan + 12 mln salary = 20 mln. For example, Correa cost us 30 mln fee, and 6 mln gross salary. So, for 4 years Inter will spend 54 mln on 6 goals per season Correa. This is waste of money, not Lukaka.

If anything it'd be the other way around. He'll start strong as his confidence is probably high now. My concern is when he hits a drought fans will start shitting on him and with his weak mentality he'll probably conduct an interview that he misses Man utd or some shit. Hopefully he bangs 20 serie A goals this season, I'm assuming with 5 penalties.

Lukaku doesnt have the mentality to dig himself out of a hole. If he starts his Inter career in one, he'll never recover.

That time was better than what we have now, but it's still a nice set of players. Would prefer Dybala and Esposito to Correa and Sanchez.

Chelsea fans are now speculating this whole Lukaku's Inter return saga is something both Lukaku and Zhang had planned all along to save Inter from deep financial crisis. Lukaku underperforming at Chelsea and causing a ruckus with his infamous Sky Italia interview were all parts of the plan. Now that's some crazy conspiracy theory.
