Nainggolans contract terminated 10 aug 2021. Mario 12 July 2021. Our fiscal year runs July to June
Yeah but I think they could insert them to the previous fiscal year, ie 20/21. At least I remember seeing them mentioned in the financial results of 20/21. Just like we apparently are doing with Vidal's termination this summer, putting it to 21/22 fiscal year.

Didn't we lose around 100m last year?
Our financial results from last fiscal year 21/22 are not public yet.

I'd need to double check..back dating like that wouldn't typically be allowed but in this shadowy world of football who knows

I am not sure why ultras not protest to Suning out.
If Skriniar sold, i hope ultras riot to make Suning out .

Don't have one.
We need a season or seasons without trophies, that's the harsh truth. With scuddetto and last season trophies they bought themselves a lot of time, unfortunately...

We just have to wait for the Chinese to fuck off. That’s the sad truth. Untill that moment we will keep selling our starts.

I just can’t handle the images/videos of that little prick, stealing the show on our socials. Playing some kind of hero, while he isn’t and never will be a hero for Inter.

Where would Marotta go?

Milan don't need him at the moment. Juventus don't want him back. Roma? Doubtful and I don't think Mourinho is very fond of him since he was snubbed in 2019 so he may leave. Lazio or Napoli cannot give him what we are paying him.

No one in their right mind abroad is going to hire a 65 year old that never worked anywhere else.

Marotta has it good here. But I can see him fucking off to his hometown of Monza if they stay up. One last paycheck with the sentimentalities for decoration.

edit: He's from Varese after all, but whatever. Same shit  Or even better, won't have to move from his current residence even.

That's not the point.
I would say at the moment Milan, Juve and Roma get better project than Inter.

Inter would sell star player every year. Marotta cant be happy about this. Its so frustating, especially he is the one to take the blame.

Sell the club for fuck sake.

We need more backslash from the local fans. These fucken rotten family needs to be hold accountable for the shitshow of the past 1+ years. If you don't have the funds, sell the club.

It's like they want our management to handle the competitiveness side but don't give them enough resources. They've been ordered to build up a squad to compete in every competition and our directors are scrambling every window just trying to survive while these fucks demand sales at the same time.

You have a meltdown or what?
These type of comments I expect from Brehme or Bubba, but not from you.
You also seem not to understand that our current situation is not sustainable! We are bleeding over 100m per year.
Even if Suning sell, the new owner will have the same demands. Forget about Saudis or other sugar daddy. No one will pay a hefty amount a money for a business that makes year after year huge losses. If any Saudis wanted Inter, they would have been already owners.
We are not in '90 anymore, Moratti is gone and Serie A is a shell of former self. Wake to the reality.
Milan already did it. They put a cap on salaries with the risk of losing many of their best players. And invested in young guys. We need to make the same. Asslani and Bellanova are the last examples. And more to come.

Read the last paragraph of my post. That's directly connected to what we should do and what you just listed.

Owners are pushing for success which leads our directors to sign stop-gap veterans to bring SOME results. But as we are indeed bleeding all the time, we end up having to sell our core players, young established quality player(s) each window. This equation does not work.

I read the whole paragraph.
This equation could work if you have the needed prerequisite. If you have a buyer who pay you a big sum and in the same time you identified the next player who could replace (seldom 100%) the sold one.

Juventus sold de Ligt for 70-80m and bought Bremer for 40m (if the numbers are correct). Bremer could and I think will replace de Ligt with success and in the same time they have money left to pay their debt or upgrade the team in other position.

That exactly what Marotta tried to do. Unfortunately Skriniar was not seen so high as de Ligt. And we lost this battle.

So, this equation works if you know how to solve it.

I’m not sure Roma got a better project to be frankly I’m certainly far from convinced about it. Juventus seem to largely follow the same scheme of getting older short term solution like their prodigal son Pogba, De Maria and the likes spiced with very few younger players, here the biggest difference is they actually got the money Inter lacks, so could afford to get Vlahovic, Bremer (as it look like now) and Chiesa.

Marotta won’t find another high paid job in another prestigious club, the best he can hope for is his old friends at Monza gives him a call.

Yes it would be nice if Suning sold the club, but if we are honest with ourselves we all know it won’t happen before we get a stadium, because no one is stupid enough to take it off their hands for their asking price.

Even the questionable oligarchs did not want to pay up the sums and some even wanted to be assured of the stadium plans.

I am not exactly sure if Suning really has injected almost 1 billion for us. CMIIW my rough calculation says we have net spending of 500 M in the past 6 years so I wonder where the rest of the money goes or the data creator is drunk.

The figure, however, points out that Suning is not a stingy or destructive owner like Levy or worse like Kroenke and Glazer. I also rate Suning quite highly. They broke the bank to sign Lukaku and co to earn our first scudetto after a decade. It is unfortunate that Covid hits them hard so we also suffer the brunt. And unfortunately as well, fans won't accept any excuse. Annual weaking of the squad is unacceptable at the football world.

The figure also highlights our incompetence at selling. Combined with our past tendency to sign old players on high wages for short term goals breaks our finance and completely hinders our long term goals such as Dybala and Bremer.
