Inter is still the 14th highest revenue club in the world, and we're like 5m euros a year away from being the 12th highest in the world. We're just behind Athletico Madrid, which isnt bad actually considering the decade they've had.
Yeah, we're a bigger name than we deserve based on our pitch at the moment, and on top of buying the club we'd need probably 1 billion investment (stadium, debts, etc) to sort this place out, but we could still turn this club around
Dont get me wrong, its not just an Inter thing - you need the league to sort its shit out as well, and I suspect that doesnt happen until some of the bigger clubs get taken over by firms (like American ones) who want to focus on generating more profit and being cashflow positive - but I think a lot of the potential is there. You just need a good visionary to execute.
The thing is, if we (as a league) focused on developing more young players and trying to develop talents like we have with Vlahovic, Barella, Bastoni, SMS, Pogba, etc, over the last decade, with a bit more consistency, there's so much potential
