That's what we said about the 3-5-2 and then half the top teams were using it.
It's not as if it was some novelty, over half the teams in Serie A were using it before we did.

Formation is not very relevant as long as you cover the distance required.

correa could play lw and prob finally be useful

We have zero wingers in our squad. Sacking Inzaghi and hiring a manager who uses a 4-3-3 would require us to spend millions in the transfer market while also trying to unload one or two strikers. It's not happening.

Sarri sold Correa because he didn't fit his 4-3-3; now we'd be stuck with him.

Don’t see why Correa/Lukaku couldn’t play wider. I’m just tired of seeing the same old 3-5-2, and I don’t think it’s working well for us lately.

I’m team Deki if we end up having to replace Inzaghi, at least on an interim basis. I have an odd feeling it would work. I think he has the right personality at least.

Pretty much every realistic name I’ve seen linked above gives me cancer.

Yes to that if absolutely necessary. Deki is pretty sure the one of tearing our cucks a new one if needed. In general this is what I used to love about Conte. The roles were clear and there was unconditional discipline.

We don't have money to shift away from a 3 man defence, quality wingers don't come cheap. So we are stuck with Inzaghi for now, as some of the other options are worse. Remember Mazzarri?

almost every coach require players that can play outwide which we dont have because we are managed by idiots so we wont be able to play that until the winter transfer window at the earliest and will not likely have top quality players until the summer window

People hate Mazzarri but don't think about who we had playing for Inter at the time. He'd be just as good as Inzaghi (when he really gets the team going), but I'd rather just keep Inzaghi. Some of you are too quick to point fingers at the wrong person (we are fighting for a top4 finish IMO, not for the Scudetto)

Champions League can't even be won by PSG who have a 2nd string 50x better than our starting line up and all the money in the World. Same with Man City.....

Champions League in 2010 was insane luck and every single player on our roster playing 50x past their potential. As it was their last shot to win it. We would have lost most those games 99/100 and luckily we played the 100th game where we won :)

With all due respect to your post, there was nothing lucky about Inter winning the Champions League in 2010. We worked hard for it and were deserved winners. To simply say we were lucky is a disservice to the team and coach.

We eliminated Chelsea, CSKA Moscow (ok), Barcelona in the knockouts and beat Bayern Munich in the final. Chelsea, Bayern and Barca were all champions in their leagues that season with Barca defenders of the CL title.
