Did anyone notice how when Muntari came on and Sneijder advanced we were more dangerous than we ever were?! The substitution worked don'tbe idiots, even though I think Ricky would've been a better option.

He should've been further up the pitch to begin with! What the hell is wrong with you? Although he was deep in midfield he still had a good game. The coach is an imbecile!

we had zanetti and cambiasso in the middle as well as the wings doing defensive job. ricky could work just as coutinho is. having sneijder and ricky/cou supporting zarate would have been better than muntari who pretty much clueless anyway.

Well, microscopically speaking I've seen improvements over the last 2 games too, but over the two games we've seen just how poor our midfield is when it needs to get the ball (and create a bit of space when attacking) and how we struggle to get shots on target (+ how we fuck up some good attacks by horrible decisions). But those improvements come out of context. It is hard not to improve at the moment.

And which would midfielder would fill the gap? We're seriously lacking in midfield with Deki, Poli and Motta injured if you haven't noticed, Sneijder had to be used there today.
