I like to maximize discussion. As a reporter/beat writer who's forced to live on twitter alot... I have to write stuff as instantly as it comes out. So it's out of habit to break something first.

Let's get off Chris' back. It's not as if he opened the threads too early. Thread starter means nothing. If you want to start a thread yourself so much, just go ahead and do it before Christian does.

i would like to buy tickets to the match against Hajduk in Giuseppe Meazza August 9th .. but can i buy them from a website and print them out ?

im currently in Kuwait and im planning to go to milan for 2 days "8-10 August" on my way to the US .. so will i find tickets from the Banca Popolare di Milano thingie when i arrive ? or should i buy tickets from here ?

When you open them and a handful of posts of the first few pages are relevant and the rest are taunting you for opening ANOTHER thread - I think your plan kinda fails, eh? The conversation will come. Rather it's opened ASAP or after a few days.

Twitter is a bit different, clearly, more immediate updates, etc - that doesn't always happen in match threads. Two completely different forms of communication. I've seen match threads opened and dead for a day or two or three anyway. If people want to speak of the game, they'll open it, and speak of it. If not, it doesn't matter rather you open it or not.

I don't really care that much what others think of me in posting threads. I just do it so there is discussion early. There's only a few taunts, nothing major and it doesn't get under my skin either.
