to me he was never anything special when you mostly score against bottom dwelers and top of that this is not serie a or football in general like 90s where even 18 place had a some stars and played compact football. today football in any league not just serie a we have to open up and they do and most strikers pad their stats against them and lukako is main actor in that. in cl or europa league could not do shit
He has 38 goals in 68 apps in Europe. 2 goals in 4 this season. 4 in 5 for us last season, and 9 in 11 before that. So I would not say he 'could not do shit' in Europe.

come on ever league has 7-10 good teams with amazing coach good bench and good or beter players. it is no coincidence he does not score that much against them but pads stats against minnows. but past past it showed guy is system player where everybody needs to think lukaku pass for goal all the time no matter how impossible is before shooting them self

He's criticising Tuchel in public now he's getting benched like he did at Man Utd when he was in a similar situation with OGS. This is the first step of Lukaku to force a move out of Chelsea. Sadly for him Inter isn't an option anymore for so many reasons.

Appreciate we cant afford him (Fee or salary), but dont cut off your nose to spite your face - he would add value to this team in terms of goals, and we should be happy to have him back. Strikers are our weakest area at the moment. None of them are particularly good this season.

Forum Supporter10 years of FIFI dont think we'd have to change systems too much to accommodate him. We wont see Conte level numbers out of Lukaku with Inzaghi, but he'd stll play well.
o no he will be like tthis at inter. and hakimi was reason and eriksen why he scored so much and most goals were agaist bottom half 5-6 teams. everybody can do that now but against top teams dzeko hakan brozo lauaro are doing just fine
