Fitzy, well spotted! I never saw that foul live as I was too busy trying to work out what our defence was doing.

Can someone provide an opinion on Lautaro's disallowed goal. I have watched multiple replays and it looks as though he is right on the defenders shoulder and not offside. Have I got this wrong?

In relation to Lazio, all I have to say is that I am really happy we beat them. They spend most of their time inconsistently (and pathetically) playing their game against other teams but just so happen to raise their game against us. They are real spoilers and it is sweet that we put them to the sword.

After watching the Lazio goal a couple of times, it 100% should have been ruled out for a shirt pull by Immobile on Skriniar.
Zaccani should have received a second yellow for that slap in Dumbfries face as well. Before the Immobile's goal, when the referee gave the ball to Lazio, Anderson also committed a foul against Barella imo.

check it out:

wtf. There wasn't even a replay in tv yesterday of this situation. Polish commentators were confused and I also wasn't sure what is going on. The referee has shown one yellow card for Stefan Radu and two yellow cards and red for Zaccagni. He made a mistake, because it was Radu who attempted two tackles and should be kicked off from the pitch.
It was also shown that Pairetto is talking with VAR about this situation and I think it was illegal, because it wasn't straight red card...

I think Pairetto firstly gave a second yellow, and following the red for SMS or another Lazio player. Then he has corrected it to Zaccagni, who actually did the intervention. But then Zaccagni slap Dumfries in the face, and should have received one more yellow card.

Honestly, its fucking ridiculous that in the next 4 match days, we have all 3 of our remaining 6 pointers against the top 4 rivals..

His shoulder is about 1mm offside. Tight call but correct per current rules.

If we stay top2 after these games, we'll have a sweet time until the end of the season.

agreed. Top would basically make me start feeling very confident on the scudetto. Even if we're only a few points off, we can still win it - does anyone have a link for ab y the week serie a table? I'd love to see where we were after this set of fixtures in the first half of the season

You can check it on transfermarkt:

When it comes to calendar I think it's actually a good news for us. We are in great form, so it's better to play against top teams right now. It can be different in the later part of the season.

Honestly, these fixtures are working in our favors. We are in form, our fitness is at max after the break. It’s ideal for us to take care of all the tough teams now. Mentally, it’s also easier to stay focused over a shorter period. We can be slacking off a bit after these 2 months and it won’t be too punishing.

We are also very lucky given our opponents’ situations. They are missing players due to AFCON, covid or long term injuries. While our squad is mostly intact.

They should fear us, they better be. Not the other way around.

Either way you cut it, its a real crunch time for Inter. I agree we shouldnt be afraid of it, and I wasnt suggesting fear, but its just... the next 6 weeks will decide if this is a shit or good season for Inter, what we do outside of that is almost irrelevant in some ways.

With big games more spaced out, we have a chance to recover if one goes badly (for exmaple). But this bunched up, if we get in a rut, it could really hurt us

It is what it is, its the fixture list, and we're in decent form right now. Hopefully it continues.

Rivals have tough schedule as well, so I'm not worried. I'll be worried only if we lose something like at least 3 out of 6 next games.

There was also the challenge on Sanchez by Mr. Basic , studs up no ball challenge. Not even a red card review.

Yesterday was very weird. The referee was blowing hot and cold. The extra time corner in favour of Lazio was allowed after same situation was not afforded to Inter in first half.
