Imagine Milan become very motivated by this result and then they'll win a derby and seal a scudetto until the last game like we did to them last year.

I hope that scenario didn't happened.
their match against juve will be the key.. i hope they will lose there before the milan derby :)

They wont survive a month without Tomori. Gabbia-Kaluku-Romagnoli?? No way. They are dropping points 100%

If they can win the league with their injured old ass team they deserve it, and we'd deserve to lose.

Fair result. I cannot be too mad. We create enough chances (fuck Dzeko). Handa saved our ass.
It was evident we were tired. A midweek trophy game, 120m againt Juventus and winning in that manner, it is exausting (physically and psychollogicaly) for every team in the world.
Atalanta was without many players. But their strengths is their depth. It's not like they played with the equivalent of Vecino or Gags. Their only big absence was missing a natural LCB (Hateboer). Otherwise any of these players are in their rotation.

We want and cry about a vice-Brozo. Freuler would be excellent for this role. Even this game he won back a lot of balls, great engine. Could play also alongside Brozo in a double pivot.

I hope too, but anything could happen like: they got lucky goal or penalty, or they just play real good to win matches.... or our Inter couldn't win other matches.....

Yes. But it still sucks too like this draw :(

I expect they keep winning with many injuries they have and losing points with full squad, same story as last year and this first half season.

I mean I agree, but we lost Lukaku last second and absolutely needed someone. Who else would you have grabbed in that price range?
Scamacca wouldn't have cost much more than Correa. And we needed a CF to rotate Dzeko, not another support striker. Scamacca would have made a lot more sense.

A great Atalanta. We could have won but also lose, at the end the draw was right. It was expected that it would be difficult wining this after the Juve game. I think we still made a decent game honestly and can only congratulate Atalanta. They deserve to be there, Napoli same. Juve has some good players that makes them the diffrence but they are behind the top 4 if we see how good Atalanta and Napoli are playing. Allegris anti-calcio can fuck off.

It's honstly ridiciolous if Juve manages to get CL this year. They deserve Europa League with everyone leaving them. They can dream about signing Vhalo and keeping Dybala. What should they do at Juve, fighting for Coppa Italia? :yao:

An entertaining game where the goalkeepers were the men of the match. Brozovic had an amazing first half but faded in the second - understandable considering he ran 16.9km in the Supercoppa.

However, this was at best, a C-grade Atalanta, missing half their squad through injury / COVID / AFCON. Meanwhile, we had a full strength squad available. When else are we going to play Atalanta in such a weakened state? Not exploiting this opportunity was a fucking waste.

Furthermore, it's yet another big game we've failed to win. I'm not expecting to win all of them obviously, but so far we've accumulated a somewhat underwhelming 13 points out of 24 in big games. Our wins were all against the smaller opponents among the big teams as well, i.e. Napoli, Roma, Lazio.

Meanwhile we failed to beat Atalanta twice, and drew against juve and Milan - these are IMO the three most difficult opponents and we're yet to beat any of them in the league. I don't care what anyone says, Lazio and Roma are a joke, and Napoli are fucking chokers who will lose their top 4 spot to juve. Don't @ me.

Dzeko was a fucking disgrace and I'm absolutely bewildered as to why it took Inzaghi over 80 minutes to replace him. The guy was actively sabotaging our chances to win yet we kept him on, letting him miss chance after chance, and ruin move after move. Disappointing management to persist with him and let this problem continue for so long to our detriment.

All in all, it's not a disaster that we drew, and I was entertained by the match.

When we have a special player up front we will win more special matches.
