We're 2nd in serie a, with a game in hand. Regular Champions League football and have a history that would be envy of most clubs.

The most recent highly rated youth talent signing we made was lucien agoume and he hardly played here.

In our current squad, only bastoni at 22 that getting chances to play.

If youngsters from chelsea got transfered, mostly they either stayed in england or move to bundesliga or french league that offer them playing time like nkunku at leipzig.

Chelsea youth players are not really on the fly right now btw.

Agoume is only 20, he will play for Inter. It's crazy to expect that he was ready when we signed. He was signed with the long term in mind.

As long as he is getting consistent game and starting, hopefully his talent will become something and ready to try his trade in a big team.

20yr olds should not be expected to light the world on fire unless you're paying 50m!!!

Barcelona is playing ok with their young midfields niko (20), pedri (19), gavi (17) and 3rd in la liga.

Sevilla is 2nd in la liga. They played ivan romero (20) 24 games this season.

Liverpool played harvey elliot (18) 9 times this season. They are 2nd in epl. Boy only played u17 and no senior international.

M.United played elanga (19) even in their cl elimination.

Real madrid give playing time to camavinga (19), rodrygo (20)

Even Jube give playing time to kaio jorge (19)

I hope we have plan next season to actually play some youngster to develop their confidence. This season is not really inspiring in term of youth development and inclusion to the team.

Inter are tracking Udinese midfielder Jean-Victor Makengo as a possible transfer target for the summer transfer window.

FCInterNews report that the young Frenchman’s performances this season have caught the eye of the Nerazzurri, and they are considering him a target to restyle their midfield.

Makengo’s performances this season have shown that he is capable of thriving at the level of Serie A, with the 23-year-old having made sixteen appearances for Udinese this season.

The Friuli-based side could cash in on him as early as this summer, and the Nerazzurri are considering him a possible transfer target as they plan an overhaul of their midfield in view of next season.

So far, Inter have not made any approach to the player’s entourage or club to start negotiations, but according to FCInterNews, Nerazzurri scouts have observed him on a couple of occasions with a view to a possible move.

Has 1 goal and 2 assists in 23 Serie A matches. Anyone watched him?

Pedri is a talent, if he wasn’t a local boy for Barca any smart club would be in his ear!!!

I think Aouar could easily play Hakan's role. Exactly the type of midfielder we need to add.

A midfield of Brozo, Barella, Hakan, Frattesi and Aouar would be so deep. Too good to be true.

Juve hardly played kaio jorge 2 games doesn't mean much...

How do you compare camavinga and rodrygo who real paid €30 mil and €45 mil to get to our youngster options. You don't pay those amounts not to play them.
Barca has always given la messia players chances so no comparison.

Elanga only played because of what happened with greenwood, wasn't getting any mins before it.

Inter aren't going play youngsters just for the sake of playing youngsters.

Hype has definitely died down. He was having a poor season two years ago when transfer didn't happen and he was struggling with injuries but he has recovered with Bosz and he's playing well again. If he's available for around 20m, like it was rumored in January, he's certainly worth it.

The point is about assimilating and giving chances to youth so that they are more ready. Real madrid has 120m hazard and bale but giving chances to rodrygo. They give chances to camavinga instead of isco. And if they wanted to sign any young talents, those talents would jump because they see that opportunities are given. Even for elanga, MU still has juan mata to play but still give chances to the boy to prove his talents and gain experiences.

And here all youth were sent for loans until they are 21 plus aged while we gave gags, vecino and other elders play time. Which young talents would be excited to sign for us with our current playing strategy?

Agreed, you'd want to fuck off Gags/Vecino and have kid with talent to see what he can do. If he develops great then we have proven depth and maybe pressure on the starting spots.

Also you need to make the call early who has the most potential, because loaning out the kids still has its place too. As for Aouar he would be one i think can come off the bench/start in the odd games. Also suggested Diallo/Traore

I’d be shocked if we could sign both Frattesi and Aouar in the same window. Looks good on paper though.

From a financial point of view? Probably. But from a sporting point of view that's what we need to do. Not necessarily Frattesi and Aouar but players with similar characteristics. Vidal and Vecino are certainly leaving while Sensi is a lost case. As things stand Gagliardini is the only backup midfielder we have left. We need to sign a dynamic box to box who's a good ball carrier, like Frattesi, and a playmaker who could challenge Hakan. If he could also play as a regista when Brozo is absent it would be ideal.

My prediction is we go after one midfielder who's gonna cost us some real money and other one will be cheaper/free.
