LOL
Juve responds by saying vlahovic is injuredI cannot stop thinking a conspiracy theory of club fabricating a positive result to stop him from leaving to NT break right before a crucial Juve match. I just can't.
Tuttosport: Should the Argentine be sold, the Nerazzurri would move quickly to bring in Scamacca as his replacement, also aiming to sign Paulo Dybala on a free transfer to further bolster their attacking options. This according to TyC Sports journalist Cesar Luis Merlo, who reported in a tweet that the Colchoneros will likely move for the 24-year-old if they secure a Champions League spot and that he could be sold for financial reasons.
Atletico were among the clubs to have targeted Martinez last summer, but in the end the Argentine stayed at Inter and signed a contract extension until the end of June 2026 during the fall.
However, the Spanish side’s interest in the striker has not dissipated, and should they finish the season in a top four spot then he will be a major name on their transfer list.
Martinez is happy at Inter and would not push for an exit, but the club could decide to sell him for financial reasons if a substantial offer comes in for him.
Merlo’s tweet reads, “Atletico Madrid inquired again about Lautaro Martinez and want to sign him by June if they reach the Champions League.”
“The footballer is happy at Inter,” he goes on, “he has four and a half years left on his contract, and right now he’s not thinking about leaving,” he goes on.
“The only thing that would change his mind is if his club want to make money with his sale,” Merlo adds.
Di Marzio on Tottenham’s interest in Inter man: “They want another striker to play with Kane.”
Gianluca di Marzio has revealed that Tottenham are interested in Lautaro Martinez and it could be the summer where the Argentine leaves Inter.
While Martinez did sign a new deal with Inter recently, Di Marzio spoke to Wettfreunde recently and he talked about the future of the Argentine, which is still pretty much up in the air at the Nerazzurri.
The journalist said: “I think it could be the summer of Lautaro and Atletico Madrid or Tottenham could be perfect solutions for him but I know that he’d like to go to (Atletico) Madrid.”
“Tottenham, because I think Tottenham will go forward to Lautaro (Martinez), they wanted him last summer as they want another striker because they have to sell (Harry) Kane.”
“They want another striker to play with Kane or prepare the future without Kane and Lautaro Martinez is one of the players that Fabio Paratici loves more.”
“If he (Lautaro) had to choose another team and another tournament he would choose Atletico Madrid and Simeone.”
Di Marzio also believes that Inter’s financial situation could lead to them trying to offload the striker, who has had some rough spells in Serie A this season.
He said: “I think that the economical situation of Inter, (they) can let Lautaro go if the offer will be really high. Inter demonstrated last summer that if they have to sell some important players, they’ll sell the player but the offer should be very, very high. Romelu Lukaku for €113 million, (Achraf) Hakimi for €70 million.”
“So, they will not sell Lautaro for less than €70 million. It depends on the market, depends on (Erling) Haaland, depends on (Kylian) Mbappe.”
Martinez has scored 14 Serie A goals this season for Inter, also picking up a couple of assists for Simone Inzaghi’s side.
Or fkn Suarez.Based on last summer, watch them sell Lautaro and replace him with Cholito Simeone and grandpa Cavani.
Cavani and Suarez fit the age profile but are still way too good.I know its tuttosport, but its clear that if Inter will need lots of money they will sell Lautaro. And it would be pretty normal to see him replaced by Cavani or Suarez.
Sell! The guy is unbearable to watch.I know its tuttosport, but its clear that if Inter will need lots of money they will sell Lautaro. And it would be pretty normal to see him replaced by Cavani or Suarez.
Our forwards line-up are fine if Inzaghi play duo Correa-Dzeko like last October against Udinese..Sell! The guy is unbearable to watch.
I would like to say I'm glad he's suspended for the next match, but considering the state of all our other forwards his absence doesn't fill me with relief.
I start Correa for the next match but I expect Sanchez-Dzeko upfront.
Was no one else disappointed by his handing over penalty duties to an above average penalty taker in Hakan?Could (should ?) have been sent off very early, a bad attitude, always diving, whining, dirty moves, I find him so useless...
Who gives a fuck? He knows his shortcoming, given how crucial that penalty was, I actually respected it more that he gave up the penalty instead of him insisting to take penalty and miss it just to please fans like you.Was no one else disappointed by his handing over penalty duties to an above average penalty taker in Hakan?
Big game moment and he just passed it off like a wet blunt.
You know what separates a good penalty taker from a garbage one? Practice. This just shows a lack of commitment to the cause. Or a lack of fearlessness. Or both. Considering his high wages and jersey number this is falling short. They're 11 players on the pitch, everyone has a part to play, Toro has to do more than just press the opposing CBs, his primary job is to score, if he can't do that in regular play then he must do so in a set piece opportunity when presented. If he can't manage that then he's at the wrong club. I cant magine Adriano or Ibra giving a penalty to Stankovic in a derby game.Who gives a fuck?
It's understandable if Hakan is an expert penalty taker. But he's above average. It's a matter of practice and mindset. If Toro can't commit to that, then again, he's at the wrong club.I think it is great that he recognises his limitations and is happy to handover spot kick duties to Hakan.
Ibra has given up penalty duties to kessie at milan so I don't get the ibra argument. You know what separates a good penalty taker from a garbage one? Practice.
