Very good game from him. 2 great finishes aside, he looked deadly and most importantly, focused, deliberate and purposeful.
One of my biggest issues with Lautaro is that he's often too instinctive, especially when shooting. His nickname Toro is fitting because like a bull, he sees red and just charges without much thought. This tendency often leads him to lash out at the ball, resulting in poor finishing and striking technique, or make poor decisions in general.
Today though, his finishes were extremely cool and he played with poise and certainty - like he knew what he wanted to do at every moment. A very mature performance and hopefully a blueprint for him moving forward.
.....and yet he still didn't last 90 minutes
