Bologna also didnt have to play for anything but still they played for their lives yesterday and fuck us so hope Verona and Sassuolo operate same way. Give em some cash...Wait,we cant cause we are broke lol

Technically Bologna needed one point to secure mathmatical safety. I doubt that really motivated them because they were safe anyway.

I would get motivated when I feel the opponent is crumbling under the pressure.

Verona could possibly snatch the 7th conference spot if either Viola or lazio screw up. So they still have something to play for.

Actually, Fiorentina have everything to lose. they have gone this far and have decent chance to take EL spot or Conference league. i doubt they will throw that away. their main contenders are Roma, Lazio, and Atalanta. and i agree with you that Milan would not find it easy against Atalanta.

Fiorintina have a lot to lose yeah but their latest results have been nothing short of shameful. That's what I mean by shut down. Looks like they are on vacation mode

Woke up surprisingly calm about all this. This isn't like Liverpool a couple of years ago losing the title after an unreal season by 1 point. We have had multiple chances to really grab hold of the title race and have failed each time. Champions don't do that.

If Milan fuck up and let us back in I'll be happy about it. But this is completely our own doing so it's hard to feel bad for ourselves. Say milan win the title then they completely deserve it. I think we're a better overall team but they've showed a lot of heart this year and that's respectable.

I needed some time to digest what the hell just happened in this match.

This was a very definition of a "cursed" match. After so much delay and debate about replaying the game our starting GK, who barely lose a match, gets unavailable right before the game. And our back up GK, who is not a bad GK, makes such a horrendous mistake that even a 3rd grade GK doesn't do!

The way we started and dominated this game I thought it would be another easy win. But after conceding such an easy goal things started to get worrying, specially after seeing Lautaro getting back to his "usual" waster.

We made several bad decisions at the final third. Dimarco who was supposed to know how to shot compared to many of our players, wasted some good chances when it was still 1-1. We had to finish off this game earlier but we didn't and Radu's late mistake finished us off.

The only thing which still gives me hope is that we still have 4 more games left and our direct opponent has a harder run than us and they could lose points in all 4 of them. I hope the team bounce back quick against Udinese and Milan lose points against Fiorentina.

Poor Perisic. Every time he scored our first and only goal we lost. Bologna barely made 2 goal scoring chances but scored 2 and won the match. This was one of those games that you are not supposed to win, no matter what.

Agreed. Dead set looked like it'd be a slaughter after the first goal. I hope they take it as a lesson for the rest of their careers to NEVER think the job is done until the final whistle.

Hm, well I don't feel great about that. I'm usually aware of other teams and their fans only when we play them. They're mainly a backdrop of our success, and failures. It might be narrow minded, but what is there to now about them? We need opponents, so I guess it's good they exist.

Cursed shit. This fkn Bologna team after match against us drew and lost two games against Venezia and Sassuolo lol unbelivable.

Be mad about our players that were in full control of the field after our lead and didn't really try to score the second one, but instead they conceded in bologna first chance, from there the panic mode was on and we couldn't do a shit against this garbage team...
