I do not have a problem with Ronaldo not being in LGI.

But omitting Crespo and Bobo is pretty shit.

Is Bobo being left out down to the fact that he didn't celebrate a goal for what felt like two seasons as well as him suing Moratti?

I think the reason Vieri is not there is mostly because his performances were getting worse in his final seasons here and after leaving Inter he went straight to the city rivals Milan.

The Vieri crap makes the entire Icardi saga look puerile.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you have an unhealthy preoccupation with Mauro? If you have feelings for or you are in love with him, that's okay. I am pretty sure everyone on here would understand and it would make a lot of sense.

I think you could have responded and referred to the situation with Christian Vieri without referring to Mauro Icardi.

I love you Brehme and I appreciate your contributions on this Forum but constantly bringing up Icardi is a little odd.

The Icardi saga is the only thing that current members that don't know, recollect or have witnessed the Vieri case can relate with to any extent.

Unless you'd prefer a different club's story as an example, where the members reading wouldn't even know the players involved nor the club?

And I'm not constantly bringing him up. If anything, others bring it up everytime they respond to me, this is one of the very few occasions I have mentioned him in a thread that's not his own after he left. And I hardly referred to him when he was frozen out, probably only in the Marotta, Spalletti and mercato thread.

Never forget.

I’ll bring 100 criminals from Argentina who’ll kill them where they stand, then we’ll see.

He should've been frozen out of the squad the moment he said this... This is the type of person he is.

At least Vieri said he'd personally beat 500 (iirc he said half thousand) of them if they were man enough to face him one on one :p

There is a big fucking difference threating to kill somebody to having a fight. A fight is fair, KILLING YOUR OWN LOYAL FANBASE IS CRAZY TALK

And it's not like I like our Curva Nord, but that's over the line. So let's not go there, there is no excuse for Icardi there.

Can we reopen the poll? The guy was fundamental in our 2007 Scudetto and had a good 2008 campaign and he's such a great person.

Crespo predicts Inter-Milan Scudetto derby battle

F5b4P1mbEAAumMI

Hernan Crespo has represented both San Siro giants in his playing career, so the Al-Duhail coach predicts who will get the better of the Serie A Scudetto derby between Inter and Milan.

The former striker has the rare honour of playing the Derby della Madonnina for both teams, as he was a huge signing for Inter in 2002 only to be sold to Chelsea a year later.

The Argentina international was then loaned to Milan for 2004-05 and returned to Inter again from 2006 to 2009.

It has been the perfect start to the season for both clubs, who won all three Serie A games and are top of the table, so a great deal rests on the head-to-head that is scheduled for straight after the break for international duty.

“I see Inter one step above the others,” Crespo told La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

I think they have a large and competitive squad with men in every role, while Lautaro Martinez is a phenomenal striker who is improving year on year. Simone Inzaghi has everything he wants in this group.”

While the Nerazzurri reached the Champions League Final last season, Milan were eliminated in the semi-finals by their local rivals.

Between Serie A, the Champions League and Supercoppa Italiana, these sides faced off five times last season, Milan winning the first 3-2 and losing the other four.
Inter are already solid and well-drilled with the same basic structure, bringing in promising elements like Marcus Thuram. All the other Scudetto contenders need to get some things sorted out, so Inter are ahead of the curve there.

Milan will be the main contenders to Inter in the Scudetto race, while I imagine Napoli will struggle to keep up the same pace after winning the title last season,” added Crespo.
Spot on as always.
