I would keep Skriniar, bring Dybala and Bremer, get rid of Dzeko and Sanchez, won scudetto, Coppa, play final of CL earn money from that. Then we will be bought by arabs and I can finally fuck off.

Forum SupporterGlad your thinking ahead. Let's see. Off hand: Dzeko, Gags, Dalbert, De Vrij, Dumbo, Handa, and Sanchez gone June 2023. Add Skriniar too, it's a start I guess. Then Lautaro and or Barella and they can try Bastoni again.

We already missed the chance to get J.Tarkowski and A.Pieper but Kiki Kouyate, Saidou Sow, M.Helik etc. are still can be an option for a good sub.
And I'm not only talking about central defenders. F.Boulaya, R.Oudin, D.Bouanga, M.Cornet, I.Sarr, C.Tzolis, E.Bardhi, Joao Pedro, M.Aramu...There are a lot of talented dudes on the market for another positions. You name it!

I don't have any problemen with our transfer choices of the past 3 years knowing the financial situation we are in EXCEPT buying specific players requested by coaches like Vidal, Kolarov and Correa. The coach should request a certain profile and our club should try to provide.
The difference with coach requests is that they are only interested in short term, while the club should protect our long term vision.
You could argue about Dzeko, but in our situation he was a good signing. He was great in the first half of the season, but he was just used too much.
Edit: remember the time when Mourinho wanted to get Carvalho and Deco? He got Lucio and Sneijder. That's how it should always go

In an ideal would we would have Dybala, Bremer and keep Skriniar. But for 80M all cash that is a decent offer. The expectation from fans is Bremer is a must, along with Milenkovic, Udogie and another.
Personally i think it would be better if we sell Dumfries, easier to replace and less important for culture and system to be honest.
De Vrij should also be looked to move on. I havent heard an update on his status either.

Disagree, last season we almost killed fkn Liverpool with Sanchez upfront and without Barella. Keeping Skriniar, adding Dybala, Bremer plus all players we already got that team is a threat. We can play with everyone.
We snatched a lucky win in a game which we should have lost 3-0. We did lose the first game undeservedly though. In the end, Liverpool deserved to win the tie 100%.
With Bremer and Dybala our team would be great, but hardly CL favourites

Thoug this reports sucks, last couple of weeks there was reports about 65 mil and the word was that Inter wnat more and that this week PSG will come with concrete offer and that offer now seems to be 65 mil, so probably all the rumors before was fishing...
if this saga drags it's really bad for us, as it woul be about Dybala too, preseason started and we need key players to be here as soon as possible, especially Bremer

For our team to be CL threats.... Keep our current team + Dzeko, Sanchez, Skriniar and Dumfries
Add dybala, bremer, koulibaly, and maybe SMS. Also bring back Hakimi and Perisic.
What exactly does Real Madrid prove? That you could win the CL without being clear favoriete? Nobody needs proof for that. Your argument was that with Bremer and Dybala we would reach the CL finale and thus be one of the CL favourites. Your argument about Real Madrid proves nothing in that discussion.

Most Diverse PosterWe don't need to have a perfect team to win in CL and win CL too. We barely have any world class players, but if we play better than we did the last few years, we could unlock something in our team that would be finally able to beat Barcelona/Real Madrid/Liverpool type matches more regulary. Mix of the right players + right coaching can be better than 11 superstars on the pitch
