Makes him easy to read for the opponents. They can target our crucial players, piss them off into yellow knowing he'll sub them out. Has he never thought of that?

If the opponent can force a specific player into taking card, then it makes perfect sense to sub that player out. Has you never thought of that?

It's Inzaghi's job to manage the players and convince them to stay calm, before making a yellow, and if they do, how not to get booked again. Instead, his only solution is to always just react after they are booked, to take them out.

Don't have one.

Yeah, that's my point, it's as predictable as daylight. Needs to trust the players more, i m sure players also find it irritable.

Also, what he needs to do is find some solutions for the way we mostly concede goals, and our defense in general. This high line we are playing will be suicide with a lot of games this season. Regardless of the financial problems we have, that shit needs fixing if anything by taking a little bit more of a conservative approach, cos the amount of time skriniar and de vrij with their big bodies have to chase some pacey forward is really unsettling.

Dude played on 4 pure forwards when we couldn't finish it. When is the last time that happened here?

I'm really sick of his pussy ass attitude every time a player gets a yellow. He has other faults, but that kind of robotic predictability bothers me to no end.
This really cannot be helped. I think he realises the shortcomings of our squad, the lack of depth and the way we cannot afford to do without one of our starters.

I’ll give him time to settle into a rhythm. But today was obviously not good. Today he looked a little desperate on the touchline. I was never really sure what the game plan was in the 2nd half. Luckily Dumfries bailed him out or else he’d be getting way more criticism. It’s not the type of win you want to see often, but I’m happy we managed to will it over the line and secure the points.

"The club knows the characteristics I want for the defender. I don't feel like joking about the transfer market because the others are buying every day and we are in the papers to sell. This does not make me smile. The team has to remain as is. And then we are the favorites?"

Working with Suning is so exasperating that even the biggest yes-man around gets pissed off.

He already lost his best player Perisic and two best backup in Sanchez and Rano.
This Zhang push Dumfries and Skriniar too lol

Good that he’s speaking up and putting some public pressure on the management/ ownership, however minuscule.

Yeah. It's incredible. This guy was working for Lotito. He knows very how it feels having a shitty ownership. But he rarely complained about transfer market. And yet Suning have managed to bring him to his limits.

Different expectations and pressure when working for Lazio and Inter

Lotito still replace his squad regularly (his signing sometimes laughable though), Suning/zhang ownership made Inzaghi like manage the squad alone by himself. (dismantle the team and never replace it with quality or even decent players)

He probably adjusted his expectations when he was at Lazio. It was his club as a player and then the coach. Lazio was his home. And he knew Lotito is a hardass, so he didn't complain much.

But when he came to Inter he knew there are bigger expectations here and the club needs to back him up to reach those expectations. But after a year of seeing certains things he started to complain about the situation at Inter, because most of the pressure lies upon him when the team fail the get the desired results.

I like it he opens his mouth publicly. He has realized you can't be just a punching bag when you are in a big club like Inter.

Well, the expectations here are very different than at Lazio (plus it was his club), not surprised by his comments really.

Inzaghi has always been a whiner to the media. At Lazio he mainly whined about the referees. I'm glad to see he's diversifying.

In all seriousness, at least he's willing to endure Suning's BS (hi, Antonio).
