it's not like he would be the first player to sign for Inter and completely forget how to play football...

Iirc, he was kinda effective at Arsenal from time to time, at ManU he was crap, and lastly at Roma he had one really decent season 20-21, but less productive this past season. Mou is moving on, so he was discarded. If he can match at least last years efforts , 5 goals, and 6 assists, as a 2nd half sub and spot starter.....but that maybe asking a lot. Here's hoping....

I'm already waiting on him to fuck off at the end of the season.

Funny because he was a brilliant player during his Dortmund days. His Premier League spell was underwhelming, but he still showed his class from time to time. He was alright with Roma, but I am afraid he's starting to decline into that pre-retirement phase (ala Kolarov) and Roma (or Mourinho) realised that, thus releasing him. It's always the case of too late when it comes to Inter.

Vidic, Forlan, Dzeko, even Sanchez too.

Eh, Roma didnt 'release' him, his contract ended. Roma offered him a new one, as did Inter and he prefered a new experience at Inter.
Thanks for correcting me. Thought Roma did not offer him a new contract.

Don't have one.
Honestly we were lucky in terms of injuries so far especially compared to juve or milan, so this is totally expected.

My bet was on gosens, but mkhitaryan was a close second.
