He wants to leave. There's no other way around it.

He isn't desperate to leave, but he wants to.

I am hearing from reliable french sources that the new PSG offer will be 50M + 10 bags of croissants and additional 5 baguettes when certain conditions are met.... Idk, this seems like a good offer, lets see.

The renewal of Milan Skriniar’s contract will not be an easy operation as Paris Saint Germain continue to push for a free transfer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Nerazzurri are soon to turn their attention to the fact that they need to renew the contract of one of their star players.
They managed to avoid selling Milan Skriniar to PSG during the summer window despite many bids from the French champions for the Slovakian.
He only has one year left to run on his current deal though and whilst it is clear that he is willing to extend, it will need to be for the right terms and Inter may struggle to meet them.
One thing that can drive the price up is that PSG are going to continue trying to convince the player to commit his future to them and join on a free transfer next summer.

If this turns out to be true we have nobody but our selfes to blame....
He would have signed a new contract last season easily and t would have been cheaper for us, but no we wanted to save every penny possible and renew him as late as possible...

just take the PSG offer or ask for 5 million more or one of their bench players on loan.

We will lose him for free because its the end of the transfer window and idiotic management never sent him a contract extension !!! He is a free agent now

PSG will offer him twice per year, I think his wife, his whole family and his agent are persuading him to move to Paris )

er, no. we're only trying to renew him now after all our biannual attempts to force him out have failed.
I think there another layer as well.

It seems the decision makers at Inter were telling PSG that they should have paid up at the beginning of the transfer window and allow Inter to conduct their business.

PSG may have underestimated Inter’s resolve not to sell and kept on lowballing their offer.

Yeah well we could have extended him and still pushed him out you know... Only thing not extending him did for us is that we saved a bit of money as he did not get a rais yet, therefore we had PSG low balling us cause only one year left on the contract.

Well, he's in the driver's seat now, so he can just concentrate on football. Family and financial security will probably dictate his final decision. Wish him well on what ever he decides.

I cannot even blame him if he decides not to renew with us. I mean just put yourself in his position, you are trying the best you can to be loyal to this girl, friend , company or whatever, and they try their best to offload or make a profit out of you by selling you out, and the only reason it didn't happen was the price ain't right.
I mean who on earth would even stay with their whatever after that, especially the new girl is TWICE as hot as the current one.

He should do same as Perisic. After a months and months of humiliation he should tell Zhang, Marotta and co. to fuck off.
Will probably get an answer one way or another in late March or so....
