He wasn't looking bad at all. Inzaghi should have let him play until the end, but no, he has to give minutes to his lovely youngster.
The pazzini-syndrome. Amazing debut and shite thereafter.Injured again. 30m to the bin. Easily one of the worst transfers post treble.
He said worst transfer, he definitely is one of the worst. The pazzini-syndrome. Amazing debut and shite thereafter.
But certainly not the worst player since treble.
Injured again. 30m to the bin. Easily one of the worst transfers post treble.
Why mentioning only this season stats? Correa didn't join this summer. This is his second season at the club.
Correa is bad, no sense arguing it but to say he is one of the worst of the past decade is too much. Let's look at the stats for the current season:
Correa: 8 apps, 2 goals, 1 assist
Lautaro: 8 apps, 3 goals, 1 assist
Dzeko: 8 apps, 1 goal, 2 assists
Lukaku: 3 apps, 1 goal, 1 assist
Our strikers are all equally garbage.
Because you are formulating an opinion at the moment when his output is no worse than other players we have. Why mentioning only this season stats?
I am not formulating an opinion now. I was against signing Correa from the beginning, i was criticising him a lot last season and i have seen nothing from the guy to convince me otherwise. I get we all have players we like and dislike. But there are some facts no one can't deny. Out of all the forwards he has the worst contribution and his fitness can only be compared to Sensi's. That's a fact. And when you take his price into consideration he can't be seen as anything else but a flop. Correa isn't an scapegoat. He's just not good enough for Inter.Because you are formulating an opinion at the moment when his output is no worse than other players we have.
Last season's disproportion in stats compared to Lautaro is a lot different when you take into account Correa played maybe 40% of Lautaro's minutes.
Again, I'm not here to defend Correa because I agree that he is terrible. I'm just saying that when you simplify comparisons down to the lowest common denominator, you realize all of our strikers are misfiring and they have similar stats. For every hateful comment about Correa there is a comment of praise in Lautaro's thread yet Lautaro is again going through another signature drought. And I'm not deflecting to Lautaro, just pointing out that Correa happens to be a convenient scapegoat when the actual problems are much bigger.
